Great booking experience. Driver text in advance of our arrival into Geneva Airport so we knew exactly where he would be waiting. On return , driver was spot on time confirmation of pick up time received day before, faultless journey back to Geneva. One of the best service in my 25+ years of skiing. Definitely book with this company again.

We had to wait over 30 minutes at the airport and there was no indication of when the driver would come. It seemed that the driver picked up some of the people who were going to the same resort and they left us there. On the way back to the airport, the driver left without us even though we were on time and we were worried about making it to our flight as they picked us up an hour later after us asking them to turn back. Emergency number does not cater for emergencies and takes ages to get through. It’s always a different person on the line who doesn’t know the driver, it seems they subcontract drivers. We paid €200 per person for the return taxi and this is not acceptable! Our trip was from Geneva to Tignes which is about 2;30 minutes. I’d avoid because they are unreliable.

Journey back on 6/3 fine. On journey out (1/3), when we arrived at the meeting point no one seemed to expect us or know who we were, and when we had to wait for other passengers it wasn’t clear whether this was planned/normal or whether there was a crisis. That was disconcerting. The journey once started was fine.

Superb! Booking process was easy and simple. Had to make a small change later and it was implemented with no fuss. They kept us informed throughout. We had a shared transfer from Geneva and the very good driver, Dimitris (from Houte Pursuit Transfer) was waiting for us in the terminal; plus there was also Ski-Lifts help desk. We were dropped right at the door of our AirBnB. On return we were informed of the pickup time the evening before and Dimitris was perfectly on time with the minibus. Great work, thank you.
