The transfer from Geneva airport to Morzine was good but I will do all I can to avoid using that airport again. It took over an hour to go through passport control and ,because of that, our bags went missing for another hour. You switched our ride to a later bus, so you did well to cope. Going back could involve a similar delay at the airport, so we want to be there 3 hours beforehand and have phoned your French number which was answered eventually. Your guy was not able to confirm an earlier pickup time, so we remain worried that the message may not have got through to your transfer bus team who I think is another company

Although the driver was a little late, we did receive a phone call to advise of this. We were also a little concerned the driver mentioned by the end of his day, he will have driven from Geneva airport to Avoriaz or Morzine 3 times, which is a lot of driving and we were concerned for his wellbeing.

Excellent, punctual, polite and helpful

Our return transfer was cancelled with no warning. I requested to change our pick up time for 30 min earlier as our flight departure changed. Instead, they cancelled the scheduled pick up and offered no alternative. I had to organise the transfer for a family of five myself, which was very difficult due to no cars being available on Saturday.

5 star on time very good service & easy to book

Your driver was appalling . From the moment he picked us up ( half an hour late) he only had one hand on the steering wheel while continually scrolling , texting, Calling people on his phone . It felt very unsafe and dangerous to drive like this on the mountain roads and indeed the autoroute . When challenged he still continued to do this It is impossible to drive safely with most attention being given to the phone not the road . We were all shocked . I would never ever recommend this company

Upon pick up there was no prior information apart from the time, as to what would be the journey schedule. Other guests from our hotel were picked up approx 15-20 mins earlier. When we were later picked up, we were taken down to a parking area where there were several coaches and other tour reps. As we had no details of the schedule, we did not realise that we too were to be transfered on one of these tour company coaches. By this time there coach was full apart from 3 odd seats, so we were all split up. We appreciate this was a shared transfer, but more clarity upon the travel arrangements and consideration to our 3 person seating would of lessened the confusion and concern as to what was happening.
