Very good service! Were flexible with timings in finding me earlier or later rides if needed. Were easy to get in contact with and always picked up the phone and responded to emails. Great music choice during rides as well!

Online presence was good and gave confidence. Communications were good and reassuring. Drivers were excellent, very safe in the weather conditions and made the transfers smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Great service and excellent driver thanks

Yuri our driver was professional and friendly. He got us to our destination safely and in good time. But … despite our giving him detailed updates on our progress through customs and baggage reclaim he was not outside waiting for us when we exited (relating some story about the French taxi drivers ripping off his wing mirrors if he stayed in the car park too long), which raised our stress levels. Also, our booking explicitly stated “Mercedes S Class limousine or similar”, so we were surprised and disappointed when we saw it was a Mercedes people carrier. It was new and very clean, but the refinement levels (noise, suspension) were far from an S Class. So overall, disappointing for the money. UPDATE. Response from ski-lifts was very underwhelming, along the lines of “we spoke to the agents and asked them to ensure the correct vehicle is provided.” Not a hint that they might refund me for not providing a vehicle that was contractually promised. I will not be using them again. Have amended the star rating accordingly.

Ponctualité et service

Booked for a private transfer for 3pm but the driver contacted us and insisted we be picked up at 1.30pm as he said the traffic was really bad. It wasn’t not bad at all and ended up getting to the airport so early we couldn’t check in our bags. Trip out was an hour late picking us up even allowing for our hour delay arriving and me informing the driver throughout. Very poor - €600 for the privilege!!

Our flight was (significantly) delayed so we contacted Ski Lifts and they confirmed they would be able to provide an alternative transfer when we arrived. The staff were professional and courteous.

driver was on time and polite. BUT, drove to fast and way too close to car in front at night, in fog and icy conditions. Family was scared so i had to ask him to slow down.

Excellent service to and from the airport. Getaway Vans provided a comfortable and efficient journey, especially on the return leg in the middle of the night when it had snowed heavily and the driver tackled the steep winding roads from St Jean back to Geneva. Thank you guys.
