Excellent service. The process worked exactly as described. We were a party of 17 & had a lovely driver & coach. I didn’t receive a confirmation email when we booked only an email letting me know payment had been received but I could see our booking on the website. Excellent work it’s been a number of years since we have booked an independant ski trip & would definitely use again - thank you!
-Outward Bound: Lift not waiting for us when we arrived at Geneva Airport, some 15 minutes late. But efficient otherwise. -Inward Bound: Good, but pick up should have been 30 mins earlier to allow for heavy post-Easter week traffic. -Both drivers were charming and coach very comfortable.

Really impressed with the pre lift communication and punctual arrival. I struggled a bit with the online booking and payment process. It seemed to hang while the order was processing and I tried a number of times beofre booking by phone. The driver was a little fast especially in the narrow roads in the mountain villages

We got picked up on the outbound journey by a friendly helpful driver. the only thing i would have preferred is that he was waiting in the terminal with my name on a board, just from an ego point of view. 😂 Instead he was waiting in the car park and told us to call him when we walked out. the drive was nice, comfortable and totally stress free. (4 stars) the return however, never happened. A mere 3 mins before we were due to be picked up, the driver text to say he wasn't coming, as the minibus had broken down. then he turned his phone off, so we were unable to contact him further. we called Ski-Lifts but no one answered the phone. we were left stranded with no idea what to do. eventually we made the decision to book new flights from a different airport as we had missed our scheduled flights. this cost us a lot of money. sadly it took Ski-Lifts 6 weeks to refund us the losses and we had to chase them continuously to get it back. I accept things can go wrong but there was no system in place for when it did. the phones should have been manned (they claim to have 24/7 support) and they should have refunded the losses within 2 days max!
I’ve used Skilifts.com for over 10 years now, however the quality of service has declined significantly since Covid. They have a reduced fleet of vans and are now run like an agency. This approach has resulted in reduced customer service, limited flexibility, longer wait times, less experienced drivers and sub contracted transfers. This year will be our last year using this company and will give Powdercabs, Skiidygonzales, Alpybus, Alpinefleet etc etc a go next season. Won’t be winning anymore transfer operator awards with the current approach and needs a return to pre 2019.

We have had mixed experiences with Ski-Lifts, but on this trip the driver was at the airport waiting on time, minibus was equipped with required child/baby seats. On return journey, driver was on time and minibus similarly equipped. Both drivers were friendly and helpful.
Nice and easy
Ski Lifts - responsive and taking responsibility about the customers. The problem could be in the carryer Ski Lift is working with, but i guess it differs from carryer to carryer
Don't upgrade !! Whatever you do DON'T pay for a "luxury" upgrade. We paid extra but got a cramped and decidedly "bog-standard" service. I'm now trying to get that upgrade money back but getting the run-around....beware !! On the plus side, they were on time, but that's an entry level requirement for a transfer.
