Useless when there's a problem. Use at your peril.... Ski lifts were booked to pick us up at 3am from Belle plagne to go to Geneva airport. We were part of a group of 7 to be transferred. After 10 minutes no show we called the emergency number per their instructions. After some 15+ minutes of music they answered the phone(this was their emergency line!). We were now about 30 mins late. After an hour we were told that they had no idea where their driver was, so would seek alternative transportation. Some TWO hours later we were told that they could not find us a lift, and advised us to ring local taxis. It was 5am. We told them we would miss flights, and ski lifts said that this was not their issue, but advised us to book new flight at our expense. We asked for them to arrange for us to use a return trip on one of the many minibus trips they were running from Geneva that day (Saturday is transfer day) they were clearly unable to think of this option themselves, or to arrange it. We asked them to send a taxi from Geneva airport. They were unable to do this, despite having their team at Geneva located adjacent to the taxi rank.... By 1pm (10 hours after the pick up time.) Ski lifts said that they would not be providing transportation. We spent 10 hours stood in a snow storm , freezing cold. An incompetent organisation unable to handle the reasonable foreseeable situation of a vehicle failure to pickup the customer. We eventually got a taxi from Geneva via the package firm (sunweb -who we're no better than ski lifts). Only use if you accept the real risk of being left with no means to get to your destination. Ski lifts kept us waiting for over 10 hours and then gave up.

The driver didn’t just turn up on time, he was early. Very friendly and courteous driver. Used Ski-Lifts drivers a few times and always excellent.
Martin was excellent. Genuinely nice driver, punctual, courteous and got us to and from our trip with minimal fuss.
Our driver (I think Carole, from Tasmania) navigated our journey spectacularly well! There was heavy snow to begin with in Avoriaz with a number of cars broken down and a bus off the road, so it was not easy. The journey became more straightforward after Morzine and we arrived at the airport in good time for our flight
We always use Ski lifts and receive great communications, impeccable service and good drivers. There was a minor hiccup this holiday in that we were waiting at one terminal and our driver was at the other but all resolved swiftly. Would highly recommend.
Our driver arrived at correct time and delivered us safely to Geneva Airport in quite difficult conditions. He was also very considerate when one passenger asked for a toilet stop. Well done ski-lifts, as ever.

Gonzalez and Mountain Express did a fantastic job. Pick up exactly on time despite very difficult conditions, having had a huge overnight snowfall and our apartment being at the very top ofVal Thorens. Great communication, safe, expert driving, a considerate drop off and a fabulous conversation on the way. The best transfer down the mountain we’ve ever had.
