Ski-Lifts were brilliant! Easy to find desk at Geneva airport and didn't have long to wait. Very communicative with frequent emails and text messages. Smooth journey up to Morzine and a very nice driver. Above all the reliability of transfer service was excellent!

The driver drove way to fast down the mountain and through all road bends - causes my daughter to throw up and all of us to have ear plugs due to too fast rapid descent. Normally is take 30-35 min - he did in in 15 min.

We booked a return trip from Innsbruck airport. The driver was on time when we landed in Innsbruck and got us back to the airport right on time when we flew back to London. Both times, the seats were comfortable and the 5 of us had enough space for ourselves and for our luggage. The booking process was very easy. That said, the driver on the way to the hotel drove very fast which was a bit unsettling when going through the mountain roads. The indicator light of his car was broken, mark of an incident. The driver on the way back to the airport drove very well, and didn't rush. No issue on the car.

Prompt, courteous driver. Adequate baby & toddler car seats, he made sure we were happy with configuration in car before we set off. Driver even took us to terminal 2 at Geneva Airport rather than us have to walk from Terminal 1
