They were easy to book online. The driver was waiting for us at the station even thought our train was late. The drive was very smooth in a comfortable van and dropped us at the door to the lodge. On the return trip the driver was promptly on time and again a smooth trip.

They are slow to reply to emails but once booked the service received in resort for our transfers was good and competitively priced.

It was fine, the driver got us up to Val Thorens safely and the car was comfortable. The Driver did not even say hello to us and arrival details were incorrect so there was a bit of confusion at the airport. Would try a different company next time for that price.

Booked a private transfer over a month ago to pick us up at 2am to take us to Geneva airport. The transfer never showed up and we missed our flights. I confirmed the transfer with them the day before. They promised a refund, but are now going back on their word and "investigating" what happened even though they clearly made the error. I haven't received a response regarding the refund they already promised. We had to book a last minute taxi for an additional $700EU and had to pay for new flights out of Geneva costing us an additional $300EU. This company has cost us over $2000EU because of one transfer.
