Very disappointed with the outbound leg from Innsbruck to St Anton. Driver was not at the terminal awaiting us, arrived 30 minutes late and did not contact us to let us know. We had no way of getting hold of him so did not know if he was even coming. We were on the point of taking the coach transfer with Crystal (which was part of our package) rather than be stranded at the airport when he finally arrived. We did feed this back to the company whose attitude was that this was our problem as our flight arrived slightly early and we got through baggage reclaim too quickly. Return journey was ok though - hence the 2 stars overall.

Everything was great except our driver was half an hour late picking us up at the airport, which defeats the purpose of a private transfer. We then arrived at the ski hire shop minutes before it closed, leaving our suitcases outside as we had no time to check in first. If we had missed this then the kids would have missed their first lesson the next morning. The drivers there and back were both good, the ride was comfortable and everything else was great.

We booked Ski-lifts for our private transfer from Geneva Airport to Flaine Ski Resort on 7th April 24. We received email confirmation and WhatsApp messages within stated timescales. The drivers to and from the resort were punctual, friendly and professional and the vehicles were clean and comfortable, with complimentary bottles of water provided. Would use again.

I've used Ski Lifts for a number of years with no issues, however, in February, we had a very disappointing experience. The event itself and their subsequent handling of the situation has left me with a very bad feeling and I won't be using Ski Lifts again. 15mins into picking us up from the airport, our driver informed us that he had to take a 45min break on the roadside to abide with health and safety regulations. I completely understand and support the necessity of such regulation - it keeps us all safe. However, what I have struggled to understand, is why this wasn't foreseen by the operating company in the first place (journeys too and from ski resorts during February half term can take double the normal time, so it's unrealistic to expect the same driver to do two journeys in one day and / or why this break wasn't taken when we were at the airport, where there were toilet facilities, food stands and space for our five children to run around. Instead, we were stuck in a layby next to a busy motorway with 5 children ranging from 4yrs - 10yrs with no toilets for 45mins making the total journey over 5hrs long. I wrote to ski lifts immediately and they have taken 8 weeks to look into the matter, finally responding to say there is nothing they can do. The total cost of the transfer was over £1,000, a lot for a journey of 230km and the result of dynamic pricing to maximise busy periods. There are other airport transfer companies that are priced more competitively and offer a better service, I'm afraid that I won't be using Ski Lifts again.

Our experience of Ski-Lifts Ltd's service is that it is absolutely terrible. We booked a minibus to take us from Geneva airport to Les Gets on 10 Feb 2024 and back again on 17 Feb 2024. The driver was disorganised and used his mobile phone whilst driving. The minibus was filthy. On the return trip the vehicle broke down irreparably and we had to make our own way to the airport to avoid missing our flight. The matter was taken up straight away with Ski-Lifts. Several chasing emails over a period of 7 weeks were required before they made any substantive response. When they responded, they said that when the vehicle had broken down we had been promptly offered an alternative vehicle, which is absolute nonsense. I will never use Ski-Lifts Ltd again.

Great transfer company. Booked a shared transfer from Geneva to Avoriaz, didn't have to wait at all, smooth transfers both ways, good, safe, friendly drivers, good communication about times to meet for return. Perfect! Will definitely use again
