I have a sunjoe cordless reel mower that ive been wanting to get replaced since there is a mechanical problem so i contacted sunjoe thru website chat. Customer service at sunjoe is above and beyond. Fe herediano explained the situation and offered a solution. Its wonderful.

Absolutely terrible experience. I bought a Sun Joe mower on Amazon, but it stopped working after one use on a very small patch of grass of a yard we have. Thankfully, I had registered for a warranty and reached out to them. They said the model was OOS but they would send a replacement. And then, they said they would give me store credit. And now, they're saying I need to mail it back to get store credit and that I can buy a more expensive mower from their website with the issued credit -- why would I do that and give them more money? I don't understand how this is considered a "warranty" and don't trust the company, the brand, nor the products. Every time I talk to the customer service rep, it seems to be a different solution and they act like they're hearing for the first time even though it's the same ticket. I'm at my wits end and would just like a mower that works. I would NOT recommend Sun Joe for anyone. I wish I had bought a Ryobi for more money because this is a piece of junk.

Snow Joe + Sun Joe is dishonest and untrustworthy and apparently has no intention on honoring their warranty. They told me they would replace my defective grass shearer, but instead they appear to be blowing me off (ghosting). I had been working via email with their cordial support rep (Contractor), Deovina Mimatsu, and contacting back-and-forth daily. On July 14th she stated that I would receive an email SHORTLY with a prepaid label and instructions to return the defective item. That was over 3 weeks ago! So now, every time I try to follow-up and find out why I haven't received this email, they just send me an automated reply with a NEW ticket number! >:( I told them that I already have a ticket number and that I want that warranty claim to be completed, but they just keep ignoring my requests! It appears that their plan is to keep you running around in circles until you get so tired and frustrated that you just give up! You shouldn't have to beg a company to honor their own warranty! I have been more than patient and if they refuse to make things right I will be filing complaints with the BBB, my attorney general and any other Gov agency I can. Plus, I'm thinking if there's not already a class action lawsuit against them, there should be!!!

Terribly slow service. My 12 yo daughter received a hammock chair for birthday. We hung it up as the instructions stated and the first time she used it the wood snapped and she crashed to the ground. Although a little bruised, she was mostly upset that her new chair was broken. I called immediately and spoke with some wonderful people who gave me the runaround. After nearly 3 months, I still don't have a replacement chair and she has gone the entire summer without her new birthday present. P.S. She weighs less than 100 lbs.

My rep, Cherry Villarin, was very helpful in processing my warranty replacement for my lawnmower that failed. She was very helpful and explained each step of the process thoroughly. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about everything that I asked.

Let me start by saying that I usually adore the hoses that I get from SnowJoe. I love that they have all the different lengths that I need, that the neoprene on the outside usually keeps the hose from rubbing and breaking, and that, no matter how long the hose that you buy it, it seems to empty out in only a few seconds. That being said however, I bought a 50 foot hose 2 September's ago: when it randomly started leaking from the middle of the hose the first time, I chalked it up to a fluke. They replaced it under warantee no problem with an even better one. The SECOND time it started leaking from the very middle ofvthe neoprene covered part of the hose (mind you, there's no rocks or anything for it to rub on and I don't leave it out in the sun all day. As only a month has gone by, I was a little bit peeved, but they replaced it again no big deal. The THIRD time the EXACT same happened only about 2 weeks into having the hose and I was finally truly annoyed. The pain who helped me replace it via chat was perfectly nice and I know it wasn't his fault, but I felt this was getting a bit ridiculous. He said he was sending me a better quality hose this time, for which I was grateful. Well, it turns out that the better hose was just the same exact hose only except being 50 feet long, it's 100 feet long, which I don't exactly need, but maybe it will come in handy. So far, I've had better luck with this hose. Honestly, though, if it starts leaking from the kiddie of the hose again, I'm pretty certain that I will just be buying a new brand of hose. However, I do still have until September (as it's a 2 year warantee and I bought it 2 September's ago). Likely, if something happens before September, I'll just go with another Snow Joe hose, but see if maybe can send a different sort of design. Sorry to report, though, that if something happens to the hose AFTER September, I will definitely be buying a new brand and style of house. Sorry, SnowJoe, you've now just let me down not one, not two, but 3 too many times, which is a disappointment because I really do like their hoses!

Cherry Villarin was so helpful in replacing my broken hose under warranty! I really did like the hose I was using for its ease of use and lightweight. So I was bummed when it started leaking, but I am looking forward to giving it another try and using it for hopefully way longer!

Ordered a sprinkler which dont fit our hose-systems here in Norway. I tried to explain the issue and took pictures of what we had but the person did not seem to have a clue and had no suggestions to alternatives and seemed uninterested in helping out…so….what to do..

Sun Joe battery powered lawnmower. Supposed to have 4.5 hours of run time when fully charged. Mine dies within 30 minutes of use. Customer service told me that the mower can run for 25 minutes if the grass is 2.5 inches or shorter. Mine was 2 inches when I mowed. I don't recall reading this info in the owners manual or on Amazon. The average lawn is 2-3 inches before being mowed. This mower is for people who have small lawns. I bought it to mow around my house where my riding mower doesn't fit. It cuts very well, but it's very inconvenient to have to wait for the battery to recharge. It should be made clear in the description that this mower is intended for very small lawns.

I was initially super excited to get my product from Snow Joe. I ordered it on Amazon. The product came slightly damaged, with the spigot handle broken on one side. I figured I would contact Snow Joe to get a replacement for the small part. But they did not offer that. I said I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it and kindly asked if there was something for me. They politely declined and told me to have a nice day. I went back to Amazon, and they did right by me with a 20% credit. Thank you, Amazon. Goodbye Snow Joe.

I've had the worst experience with a faulty product and the worst customer service. The product has a broken part that they stopped manufacturing, and they won't exchange it for a new one or return my money. I have contacted customer service multiple times, they reply to the email once with a follow-up question, I reply to it and then in 3 days they sent me an automatic email saying that since they haven't heard back from me, they are closing this ticket. What a joke! I finally got someone on the phone who promised me store credit if I returned the machine. He sent me a UPS slip, and 30 minutes later I got an email that the shipment has been cancelled.
