Alex was great in customer service and Snow Joe products are great overall however If you’re in Canada, I suggest using Amazon.ça. SJ uses SHOP to manage your file and it’s not a good arrangement. Very frustrating and dysfunctional experience. Ruined my Snowjoe mojo. I’ll put it behind me and try to enjoy my SJ blower this winter.
I was very impressed with the service I received when I found out my snow shovel was not working. After going through several steps to try and make it work and nothing changed the company didn’t bat an eye and asked me to return it free of charge and they would replace it.
I have already bought 5 of these little convenient but powerful hand vacuums both for myself and as gifts. They are wonderful and more important the customer service is excellent when I had questions or needed a part. Keep up the good work….I rave about your company to all who see it in action.
