On a Friday afternoon at 3:15 I reported that a new chipper/shredder had arrived with a damaged part. By 5:55 the same day (a mere 2 hours and 40 minutes after my initial contact) I received confirmation that a replacement would reach me in the next 3 to 5 business days. Response from agents at Snow Joe -- Fa Hernando, Julie Rebucas, and Edwin Gamolo -- was at every point immediate, friendly, and helpful. Since all of this happened yesterday I haven't yet been able to try out the chipper, but if the machine is as good as the service it will be excellent.

Customer service is by far the best of any company I've done business with!!! This company stands by their product and truly does have their customers best interest in mind. I had an issue with the hose on my barely 2 year old power washer and couldn't find a replacement anywhere. Contacted the company and they took care of it immediately and within a week I was back to having a working washer. Couldn't be more happy with the service they provided!!!!

I purchased the 50' 5/8 fiberjacket hose through Amazon in June 2023 and loved it, but, unfortunately, it developed a leak. I called Aqua Joe and spoke to Alex. He was very helpful in processing my warranty claim. It was an easy process and they shipped me another replacement ASAP.

I had a problem with a Snow Joe pressure washer that I had purchased at Sam's Club. After getting with the right people, I found out that the part was on back order and Sun Joe offered to replace my pressure washer with a newer model. Iwas impressed and wentg with that offer, thanks to the help from Julie Rebucas.

It is frustrating times with supply chain issues and everyone needs to be patient and work thru the process. We have several Sun Joe products and we are happy with the quality of the products. The CSR associate (Cherry) was very professional and extremely helpful! Your company has proven to me that not only do you make a "Best in Class" electric power washer but back it up with actions- not words.
