Ordered 3 lightweight hoses. Every one started leaking after a few weeks of usage. Got them replaced on warranty and those all failed too. Asked for a complete refund. Went round and round with support--very frustrating. Finally I agreed to a different hose type and received 3 of those. These hoses are stronger but my wife HATES them. Hard to handle and yes they do kink.

machine had defective part. what a hassle , over an hour too deal with it. replacement part has not arrived nor does it have a tracking number. customer service says call us again if it does not arrive and they will not overnight ship . worst of all customer service and will not connect you too a supervisor

Great people to work with fast shipping

The customer service reps need to take lessons in LISTENING to the customer rather than robotically sounding like reading from a script and, in my experience, not living up to an agreed upon solution (i.e., issuing a full refund). Fortunately Amazon has stepped and backed me up with a refund. I will never buy another of your company’s products which are so cheaply made and poorly designed. Read the many one-star reviews before putting a SunJoe product in your shopping cart. It has been a huge hassle dealing with your company. Ugh.

All they do is give you a run around, they want this, they need that, etc. Then they tell you the product is not in stock for replacement, please check back in 4-6weeks. I have pages of correspondence which provided no solution! So I went and checked Sun Joe's website, sure as shooting the product is in stock, I confronted them with that fact and never received any response. Luckily I purchased the dethatcher from Home Depot and even though it was bought 6 months ago they refunded me when I showed them the email string. Snowblow should be their new name!

Got my first opportunity to use the pressure washer that I received on Oct.13th from SnowJoe… I must say I was impressed. Operated as advertised and had zero leaks… Only used it with water(no soap solution) to spray off a vehicle and was very pleased!! If it holds up I will definitely be recommending it to some friends!

If there were an option for ZERO stars I'd leave one. Their customer service has never responded in any meaningful way. The ONLY response I've received is "We are closing your ticket" without actually addressing any of the concerns I've raised. I activated my warranty because the batteries are sh!tty, they've been received according to UPS, and absolutely NO RESPONSE from SnowJoe. Their products are garbage and their customer service is somehow worse.

This company is definitely a good one, listens, helps, customer service means something to them, great products, and it's the best blower I've had and I've used many throughout my life.

Great customer service from Alex. Answered all my questions and tried to get me a new unit. Unfortunately I discovered my sister purchased the unit for me and no longer has the receipt. So can not provide a receipt to verify purchase.

Very professional ,friendly took care of our machine that had a problem . The turnaround for the warranty was timely and professional. Everything we were promised from Snow Joe took place very very quickly . Thank you very much , keep up the great service that you have provided to us .

All customer service reps are very helpful and polite. They answered my questions and guided me through the process of rectifying my reason for my call.

I've spent countless hrs on phone to refund our .oney back on the AquaJoe fabric hose 50 ft. We sent and paid warranty immediately. I gave them what they needed Model and Serial Number.They refuse to replace our hose with a 2-3 yr warranty.Its got pinholes in it...they continue to ask you questions on how we store it ...They insist on a invoice # which was bought from Amazon and Amazon can't locate purchase invoice #. What we did should've gave us a refund or replace our hose.

This is a wonderful company that really stand behind their products! It is hard to find this level of care in our world today. Thank you Snow Joe!

Hose failed after 6 months of use. Company wanted serial number and original receipt!

So far the customer service has been great. It was an issue with the manufacture of our order, making it unusable. SnowJoe is providing us with a new unit that is an upgrade from the original. Thank you 😊

I bought sunjoe detacher 14 months ago but never opened it until last month. The unit lasted ony 5 minutes due to poor QC - the two long bolts holding the cooling fan to motor is not screwed in at all, causing the fan binding on the housing and broke. I called Snow Joe customer service and got it took care. They sent me a new one. I held off my review until today - after I tired it on my 1 arce lawn. I set to the highest setting and used for an hour. The unit work great!. I also tried some lower setting but it kept jamming and it couldn't turn. I afraid the motor could burn so I didn't tried again unless I know someone tried it and it safe. The detacher did a very good job picking the dead grasses off the ground. I think if I used the blade and set it lower it will help stir the soil surface a little bit is better but I didn't wanted to try. I think unit is made for light used, and not for commercial , indeed mine is 1 arce of lawn.
