i asked for a supervisor and told i could not speak to one because i would get the same answer i needed to return my lawnmower all i kept hearing was im sorry i will not sepulcher another sun-joe product
I bought a snowjoe snowblower and it worked great. A part broke on my second use and snowjoe took care of the problem and replaced the part as it was under warranty. Thank you for great customer service and a solid snowblower!

Marvin was awesome to deal with. My warranty issue was complicated but Marvin understood the situation and communicated with me consistently. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Because of Sun Joe’s service, I will be looking at them more in the future. Sorry this review is so late, I was just going through my older emails and saw this.
My second one just exploded. It was a replacement for the first one. Never buy this product!
Acquiring/educating personnel to diagnose/solve problems outside of the basic information offered in the owner's manual should be a priority.
Michelle Estrera was patient and very informative with my Sun Joe product. I appreciate her excellent customer service and look forward to working with Sun Joe in the future with their warranties. The process was easy and Michelle did all the work and communicated with me for every step that will be happening now and in the futute.
Had a damaged hose. Slightly out of warranty, they replaced it anyway

NO REFUND after SNOW JOE CANCELLED my order I paid for a replace lawnmower blade only to discover after following up that the blade was never in stock. After four weeks of back and forth, Snow Joe only refunded half of the total amount. A terrible way to treat a ten year plus loyal customer. Have reached out to my credit card co. for help. Very disappointed!

My battery powered lawnmower stopped working. One call to customer service and I was told to pack up the unit for return and a new unit would be on its way. Very happy with the quick response.
I had received the Sun Joe SPX1000 (either discontinued OR out of stock) as a gift. It had worked fine for about one year. Then the issue started. The pulsating and cycling of the pressure washer's electric motor. It made doing any task like washing a vehicle way too difficult. The wild motor cycling and very unreliable, variation of water pressures. Even after following their manual's troubleshooting that didn't help at all. Finally, I had e-mailed and even then called their "contractor" warranty representatives. After NO responses initially. I did this all over again, for literally over three months. This was after having had to jump through their troubleshooting hoops of the malfunctioning unit over the phone?! I had a case warranty number. No one knows anything. How can these other reviews here be for real? Especially with this kind of lackluster experience? Sun Joe does NOT adequately back up their products. No way. I finally received a SPX2598-MAX replacement unit model different from mine. Who knows even if it's a refurbished unit? In conclusion, I'd never buy any Sun Joe product. Not with this kind of crap product and service. No way.

9/8/23- updating my review and rating. The company reached out, and after returning it with a prepaid label they provided, I received a new replacement today. 8/14/23- Purchased a Sun Joe 24V-X2-17LM 48-Volt 17-Inch cordless lawn mover last June. It has since been recalled & no longer available on Amazon where I purchased it from as a result. Neither can I obtain a replacement blade-not available anywhere. Contacted customer service and advised blade is on back order, explained to rep the mower was recalled due to safety hazard and this may be why. It’s possible they are no longer making blades for a mower where the blade can detach and cause a laceration per the recall postcard I received. She asked the same questions repeatedly, asked me to send screenshot of receipt to 732 329-7220 for a store credit to buy a replacement, which I did while on the call, and said she will email UPS return label as I have to mail the entire mower back to them. I texted my email to same # she provided. She confirmed receiving receipt and email address & never sent anything. Waisted my entire lunch break on the phone with no results. So now I have a useless mower and will have to buy another one. Another brand for sure. I Will NOT buy a Sun Joe ever again if this is how they handle recalls. The rep knew nothing about the recall and had to look it up, seemed confused and did not do what she said she would. With a full time job and other responsibilities, I can’t turn following up with them into a partime job.
Several months ago I purchased a SNOWJOE ION100V-21SB-CT snowblower. It was never stated that snowjoe can't supply batteries or charger for that unit. I want money back or battery/charger and I can't seem to get either one or even a good answer. I will never recommend this company for anything.
On May 21st, 2023 my daughter and I were washing the back deck of my home. I was out front weeding and my daughter was washing the deck. She called me on my cell phone screaming "FIRE!!" I immediately called the fire department and ran to her where I saw the black smoke billowing from my property. My daughter was able to put the fire out and the fire department showed up promptly to insure that the fire was extinguished. My deck was damaged but fortunately she was not hurt. We were both shaking, as one can imagine. I contacted Snow Joe on May 22nd, 2023 and to this date the deck issue has not been resolved.
This company does not honor their warranty. I’ve reached out to the company via phone number, chat on their website and email address. However, the only response I’ve received is a generic response to my review on this website instructing me to email the address in which I’ve already reached out. I need a representative to reply to one of my emails and honor the company’s warranty.
