Always very helpful and responsive when there has been any issues. Easy to order parts and warranty registration can be all in one place. Products are light weight, especially for older ladies to handle and deal with. Assembly of products are easy as well. Love the products.

Very helpful support person walked me through process of the claim. i believe i was promised that the replacement would be here in 2-3 days, still waiting, although that's on the company not the agent who was great

The leaf blower works well but the battery has a very short running time...it needs to be able to run for about 35 - 40 minutes to complete my courtyard area.

Frustrating experience to get compensated for defective product under warranty. My lawn mower broke within the two year period. Sunjoe offered what I paid for it ($127) since it was out of stock but the cost of the lawn mower on their site was much higher ($230) than what I was given. Called and asked for a higher amount to account for price increases and was told “we’re only going to focus on the subtotal paid” and that “if we were to increase credit, it would be a huge hit to our company.” Like what? I asked if I could talk to the supervisor and the customer support rep ended up giving me a new mower. Really silly run around that could’ve been solved faster. It’s obvious Sunjoe incentivizes it’s customer support reps to make the replacement process as painful as possible for the customer to avoid shelling out money for defective products.

My 10 inch cordless chainsaw stopped working. It was still under warranty. I had receipt and serial number info. When I called and spoke with Marie, she walked me through a series of questions to make sure I had tried all of the possible fixes. I had. She quickly verified all my information, told me how to package and send back my existing chainsaw, and then described the upgraded chainsaw that Snow Joe would send me as a replacement. Done deal. Great customer service.

The woman I spoke to was very helpful. She double checked all the information that I had to give her. I was registering my product on line and I could not do it. I called and my wait was less than a minute. Very good service on this phone call.

If you can believe this, the experience I had in warranty of the hose I purchased through Amazon was actually super easy. The representative for Snow Joe picked up my phone call almost immediately. Romel, the person who assisted me was attentive, knowledgeable of the product, and very efficient. Took care of the warranty issues immediately and I was on my way. Thank you to Snow Joe. I will buy their products in the future.

You told me I would be getting a replacement. I've been waiting since March and still nothing. Finally got my replacement. My neighbor was holding it for safe keeping since it was left outside a locked gate.
