Well its been great as far as service over the phone....however, I have been waiting almost 6 months to get my warranted lawn mower replaced with the same unit. To this date I was shipped a lower inferior model to use. After 2 months I complained about the wait and was shipped a higher model..self propelled..but still waiting almost 5 or 6 months for my original mower to come back in stock. Why it takes 6 months to get my warranted mower replaced is beyond my imagination.

Snow joe really backs up their product with their warranty when we have a problem.

I spent 6 hrs today tackling a huge power wash concrete deck job today with years of tuff mold & moss, and my SUNJOE unit performed extremely well!!

The person was very thorough however, I had a little communication barrier problems. Perhaps it was the language accent. I was trying to tell her my situation but it seems she wanted other information. I still didn't receive my replacement and it has been about a week and a half now. If the replace was sent right away then I think I would have given it five stars because they said they guaranteed their product. So, I'm still skeptical until it comes in. That's why I did not review this company right away.

The whole process was quick and easy to accomplish the task of replacing the defective unit!

My wife had purchased a refurbished 21 inch electric push and a refurbished shovel . She also bought the 3 year warranty for both units . We had issues with the electric cord cracking due to cold conditions and my wife called and was told that they would send out a replacement snowjoe when there was stock . There was a email that confirmed this which I offered to provide a copy of. The woman I spoke to confirmed that she was aware of that because she was the person my wife had spoken to about the replacement previously when she was told one would be sent out once available. . After several months I called and was told there was no warranty , only 90 days . But I told them we bought the 3 year warranty so it should be covered . I was told still no warranty even though we paid for it . We were told no warranty and would not give me the money back for the warranty. I persisted and finally I was told that I would get no warranty that I paid for but would reimbursed for the warranty cost in 3 bussiness days . We checked and no money was reimbursed. They told me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. I would not purchase another snow joe or sun joe product again based on this experience and I would certainly not recommend it to friends and family either.

I would purchase from Snow Joe again, my return experience was great and a replacement was sent out in a timely manner. Michelle my customer service rep was outstanding and helpful.

The representative was very helpful in replacing my hose that went bad after 3 months of purchase and Home Depot didn’t even carry it anymore!

part broke on snow blower 6 months ago. still waiting for part!

I had the problem with my pressure washer, so I called the customer service. The representative was very polite and quickly troubleshoot. She confirmed it was under warranty. SnowJoe emailed me a return label and after I dropped off the old unit, an email notified me the replacement is on the way. Very quick turn around within a week. Best customer service and a honest company. Thank you snowJoe!

Snow Joe delivers on its promise as written for its warranties. What more does a consumer want or need.
