Very helpful troubleshoot pressure washer under warranty and arrange for replacement to be shipped.

First off I've been having my yard work done by outside contractors for the last 8 years due to health concerns. I had a pace maker implanted in me 6 months ago & now I can do my own yard especially these days with prices ever increasing. I did my due diligence and after checking prices, warrants, Quality, ect, & decided to go all in with Snow Joe/Sun Joe. I've yet to be disappointed. With the assorted yard tools I have now it's making it so much easier on these old bones & I'm now saving a lot of money which is being gobbled up by ever raising prices! Thank You Captain A. B. The Sunjoe customer service group was instrumental in giving instruction that enabled me to correct the problem and then with my Sunjoe pressure washer I finished a monumental task of pressure washing 40 steps. Sincerely, JMc

I contacted CS due to internal damage to my CJ602E chipper that I purchased in July. The Agent was very helpful. I sent photos of the damage, and he processed the return and placed the order for the new unit. I have other Sun Joe products that I am very happy with, and this is the first experience with a warranty. Thanks for standing behind your products. The Sun / SnowJoe agent was very knowledgeable … recommended a suitable Leaf Blower that meets my needs and a spare battery that’s compatible with my SJ Snow Shovel. He / she was very professional, friendly and efficient. Overall, dealing with Sun / Snow Joe was a very satisfactory and refreshing customer experience.

First of all the product, Aqua Joe, was great and I was disappointed it didn't perform as expected however, your service representative was very supportive and assured me Snow Joe stood behind the warranty. I received the replacement hose within 5 days and was back in business right away. I look forward to purchasing more of your products in the future to aid me in taking care of my home and property.

Terrible product I would never recommend. While still in warranty my vacuum bag diniteregated was told you did not make it anymore and you would replace it with a blower because it was a similar product. I have a great blower. So I had to find a huge box and send it back for a store credit. Not sure what to buy. You have lousy prodo
