When I first bought my lawnmower Sun, Joe was great. They sent me a new one . But now my third replacement, mower is also broken 😡 and returned with no replacement sent and it’s been almost 3 months. When I look back, I see that the mower worked between 8 to 10 mows before the engine would literally burn up. I followed all the specifications on wires to use outlets to use an extension cords to use. I know longer recommend Snow Joe I’m totally disappointed in this company. I called every week and asked where my replacement is and they keep telling me it is out of stock. This is not what I call warranty protection.

The product quality is poor. I have on my third replacement for my original hose. It’s a good thing that replacements are easy under the warranty. Nonetheless, I cannot recommend the product.

Finally, I did receive a replacement trimmer edger from SunJoe. This one is much superior to the one that was part of the GTS4002c combo. I am satisfied with this item as of now. I purchased a GTS 4002c 3 in 1 pole saw, hedge trimmer and grass trimmer from Snowjoe/Sunjoe in July, 2021. I registered it online at their site, but apparently they lost that. The spool top of the grass trimmer would pop off during every use. Eventually it popped off and I could not find it. I went to Sunjoe to replace it. It was out of stock. I was told I would be notified when it was back in stock. I waited months and called customer support many times - no spool cap was ever in stock. Eventually, I asked for a replacement for the trimmer or some other compensation since the item is not useable without the cap. Customer service repeatedly promised to compensate me in some way. Promising that a "supervisor" would call to arrange this. I was promised this 3 times and no one ever called me back. This was a shoddy product and the deceitful customer service insures I would never buy another product from this company.

I purchased the Snow Joe snow blower, model SJ618E. During assembly the discharge chute broke off, and it was obvious it was a manufacturer issue and not a consumer issue as it broke due to the poorly designed fastening system. I contacted Snow Joe right away to order a new part and to let them know about the issue (it is a well-known issue with other customers reporting the exact same thing). I attempted to repair the broken piece but it did not make it through the first use clearing a very light snow. I continued to try and contact Snow Joe but the part was on back order. They finally got back to me and they now have the part but wanted to charge me for it and shipping! It broke due to their negligence in putting out a very poorly design discharge chute system. I have attempted to contact them again and all I get is an email stating they haven't heard back from me and will be closing my file. What is wrong with this company is a mystery but I have reached out a few times and they simply appear to want to ignore my emails. Poor product and extremely poor company support. I have the extended warranty and I own two other products from this company and both of them appear to work as designed so it appears to be limited to specific product design and customer service (what service?).

The Snow Joe and Sun Joe products are great. We have several and like them all. The prices are great! The customer service, 0 out of 10. I was given a discount code that didnt work. I called to ask that the code be applied. I was told to wait 1-2 minutes and put on hold, after 11 minutes the C/S rep came back to the phone to ask me to hold for another 1-2 minutes, when I asked if the confirmation could be emailed to me so I could get back to work he said "No" I had to stay on the line. I thanked him for trying but I need to get back to work and hung up. Evidently, you have to wait on hold to received the discount they offer you.

I purchased a SnowJoe ion 100 v blower on June 30th and parts were missing from the axel drive shaft. I called the company to get the needed parts and was informed no parts available! They only have wheels.The original person I talked to Cedric Longoro told me to send them the invoice and they would give me a store credit. I sent them the copy of the livouce by email. I purchased the blower from MC Discounts... I got no response from several emails requesting a response. I finally called and got a girl on the line who would not help me. She said they would not honor the warranty because I didnot purchase from on of their approved dealers. Who would of thought to check than when purchasing..why are they giving products to unapproved dealers. I insisted she stand behind her product. She put me on hold for several minutes and than came back and offered me a 15 percent store credit. The SnowJoe ion 100volt sell for two thousand dollars and she only wanted to give me a 15 percent credit. I ended of refusing that and she absolutely did nothing for me. I am stuck with a 2000.00 unit that was never used and won't be used because there are no parts to fix the axel and drive. Snowjoe could care less about their customers . At this point I will warn anyone purchasing a product from this company. Buyer Beware! I have a two thousand dollar boat anchor! They responded on trust pilot and said they would send me an email..... No email ever came......more disappointment!

After a week of dealing with different people answering my call or my e-mail, I finally was rewarded with one person who fully understood my problem. I want to mention the person since I feel she she deserves recognition for a job well done. She changed my view of the snow joe/ sun joe company therefore will continue using the products the company sells. This person’s name is PRECILLA ONOD. I would like to say to Company Owner Mr. Cohen you have a wonderful employee in Precilla and I would ask that she be recognized in some way by your company. Regards Robert

Received one from my wife as a gift in Oct 2021. Dec snow came and was able to clear half the driveway, then it blew out. Received a replacement in the spring after the snow was gone. The next Dec when the snow came it blew out after one pass down the driveway. We moved away from the snow. The machines are unreliable. They depend upon you giving up.

My lawn mower died 2 weeks after the 2 year warranty period. This is terrible practice to make things that only last for such a short time. I emailed the company and got zero response. Shameful. Edit. The company replied that they sent me an email but I did not receive one. I checked everything including spam. No response yet from the company.

Bought a shovel with assist handle. Handle broke off and company won't replace with a new one because I failed to register product! I'm 72 yrs. Old and live on a fixed income. Have spent hundreds on snowjoe electric snow blower and leaf blower. Will not do business with you again!

These reviews are lies. There is no way. I seen real reviews on there FB and people complain about the same problem I'm having . I been waiting 2yrs for string cartridges for my weed trimmer! Now my mower is sparking and they gave me the same bull answer "we will send replacement when it's in stock". ITS NEVER IN STOCK, 90% OF THERE PRODUCTS ON THERE WEBSITE ARE OUT OF STOCK , ALL THE TIME! HOW!?

I registered my 24V-SS13-XR within a few days of purchasing it. It failed within the warranty period on February 17th, 2023. I contacted SnowJoe via chat, which was the only way to make a warranty claim. After long waits and going through the checklist to verify the problem was with the shovel. I was told (I have the chat as proof) that the product would be replaced, but it was out of stock and I would be notified when back in stock. Today is September 11th, 2023 and I have not received notification, although I receive at least 4 emails from SnowJoe every month about their promos. I contacted them again, explaining that a replacement was approved, and I included the chat from February. After long waits and redundant questions Beverly asked me to supply proof of purchase. I discarded the receipt after registering the shovel, so I spent much time finding a credit card statement with the Home Depot purchase on it. Beverly replied that that wasn't sufficient. After well over an hour the chat was ended, no new shovel, no honoring the warranty of a registered SnowJoe product. Why have an online registration system if it is meaningless when something goes wrong with your product? I will find another brand with good customer service.

It's great that they have a 2 year warranty on the batteries and I was impressed when I called to tell them my battery will not charge anymore and they said they will send a replacement. Now, when I found out the battery was no longer good I needed to mow my yard, of course. I sent back my battery the day I called them (9/5) and got the replacement approval. The lady told me I would have the new battery in 3-5 days. The very next day I received an email saying my replacement battery has shipped with a tracking number. Here we are almost a week later and the tracking number still shows that USPS is waiting for the item from the company. Very frustrating as my yard continues to grow. I will go back to gas powered in the future.
