Wrong item ordered- my mistake, usually no problem. I requested an exchange, was told they could only offer a refund and then for me to purchase what I meant to. No problem, item returned on the 8th of January and nothing. Emails are met with 'we are based in the Netherlands' and 'try to be a bit more patient.' Now evasiveness. Despite having provided proof of posting I am still without a refund nearly two months on. I think this is a scam organisation, avoid at all costs.

Ordered Shampoo and Conditioner on 19 February 25, which stated very soon after "order dispatched" By 27 February 25 still waiting on order. Yodel app states received at their Depot and will be delivered by next available driver and delivery says today 27 February 25. 8 days from the UK too long. Thought woukd have arrived at least within 5 days in time for my holiday. Had to leave without it. Hoping it arrives today as advised. DISAPPOINTING DELIVERY TIME.

I returned my item on the 11th of December and it was delivered back to them on the 13th. I contacted them a picture of the tracking and receipt to say that I’d sent my item back and they never replied over a month late are they finally replied after contacting multiple times asking me to send the tracking information and they can send the money back I sent the tracking information and days later they haven’t replied back or even received any refund from them

Unfortunately I can’t rate this as I haven’t received the product. DHL still haven’t delivered it from last Thusday

Didn't receive my order and SalonTotal have stopped relying to my emails. Will now take the issue up with my credit card company. Maybe some folk have a good experience with Salon Total. But, it's a lottery and your chances of success reduce massively if you're relying on their customer services to do anything.

Granddaughter wanted premium hair products for Christmas, so I did a search & found Salontotal offering the product at about 50% of the standard price, I checked them out to establish legitimacy & went ahead with my order. Whilst turn around from order to delivery was about 10 days, the item arrived as described with dispatch & delivery updates. Very pleased with my experience.

Do Not use this company! I have returned a faulty item in October and still waiting on a return or replacement. Salon total have said they haven’t received the item. Luckily I have proof of delivery as sent by recorded delivery. Then they have said it’s at there depo and are unable to process the refund. It’s been well over 30 days and this company is breaking the law not adhering to the uk consumer rights policy’s. Are you going to give me a refund or do I need to take legal action? I am a small business owner and although it’s only a £100 pair of clippers to this company it’s a lot of money to me. Please don’t use this company as they exploit small businesses using totally unethical practices.

I’ve been invited to write a review but I have yet to receive my item. I wait patiently every day but it never arrives. Do not order if you are in a hurry. I receive a message every day to advise the package will be with me soon. I realize this is the couriers fault but it does reflect on the company.

5 star service —————Not sure what others are saying - I ordered my item for £10 less that anywhere else and got delivered in 3 days - very happy and would use again for sure

Terrible service would not trust or recommend, website stated same day dispatch before 10pm, it’s now taken 8 days of me chasing them and the courier to finally get some sort of update on my advent calender which still hasn’t been received.. what use is it when it will be 10days late I may aswell have purchased the products from the shop directly and separately ? They offered me no resolution what so ever

BEWARE - This is a scam and fraudulent company. I placed an order a week ago, and immediately received a notification that my order was shipped. One week later the tracking status still states the package is with the sender. Despite multiple emails asking for a delivery timeline or a refund, I keep on receiving the same email from their customer service claiming the parcel has been shipped and will soon arrive at the courier’s depot. Same message across multiple days. I’m yet to receive an update or my refund. First and last time I’ll shop from this company.

I placed a large order on 29th November , it is now 3rd December and have not received the goods or a tracking number. Money has left my account under the name of Trading Toppers and there is a duplicate payment pending on my account. Very dissatisfied with service

Same day dispatch, sounded fine BUT this was a time sensitive item and the delivery date that came up 3 days later was for 9 day delivery meaning that my item did not arrive in time. As they had time to cancel, I asked them to do so. Very poor customer service and telling me I would have to pay return. That's not in line with laws governing returns for time sensitive items. This company has a UK URL, and phone number BUT is in the Netherlands. Sad experience, they should have cancelled and refunded by now. They should also give an estimated delivery so that people know their goods would not arrive in time. Still waiting for them to make the refund even though they invited me to write a review a few days ago. Item ordered 23rd Nov. Salontotal response echoes what I said. Still awaiting refund as of 5th December 2024
