Yodel left my parcel behind a plant pot. Despite they are investigating and numerous emails. They have said it’s been left outside my property. I have still not received the hairdryer as it’s a present for my daughter’s birthday. They still don’t understand I have not received the goods. Disappointing service.

Misleading, not very helpful, had I known this company was based in NL would never have placed an order. 5 weeks on, still waiting for my order. Requested a refund but keep fobbing me off that its DPD delay issues. Rubbish customer service, they do not listen to the customer. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Happy with the service & it came well package . Good communication too . Not so happy with one of the products , Kerastase hair mask for blondes , very expensive & actually made my hair feel worse . So disappointed! Other products were fab

Advent calendar Received product in good condition and within 5 or so days after ordering. Was also surprised it came from Netherlands, which was fine for me, but if someone needed to return a product, could be an issue for them. Overall pleased with experience

The company is based in Netherlands, it’s misleading as the website is UK and it says delivery only takes a few days. It’s not a massive issue but it should be much clearer on the delivery section that the item is coming from overseas so they may be a delay. On the plus side my item did arrive within 2 weeks in good condition, it was a good price but after I’d paid extra for postage I might as well have ordered it from the UK for the same price.

I ordered 3 of these hair balms as they’re difficult to source I never expected them to arrive but literally within a week they’d been delivered !! Amazing

This company is based in Netherlands but they hide it, they ask returns to be sent to Netherlands. Misleading, unclear, not helpful. Will never use again.

The time between ordering and delivery was better than expected given the number of bank holidays over the festive period. However, the nozzle of the shampoo bottle had snapped off in transit meaning I am unable to use the product in the way intended. I messaged Salontotal via Facebook messenger immediately as the site says they reply within half an hour. I am still awaiting a reply- fingers crossed I get the issue resolved.

I received my item with a European plug which was NOT what I was expecting from a .co.uk website.

A fantastic speedy service with no issues at all. I placed my order late Saturday, received confirmation on Sunday, full tracking details on Monday and the order arrived today, (Wednesday).

Dutch company pretending to be a UK based company selling USA products its acc a discrace I'm in the UK with USA clippers what good is that to me your a joke close your company or someone needs to close it its not upto trading standards tbh
