my parcel was delivered to completely the wrong address and it has taken me 2 days to find it through social media- i have been in contact with you but have heard both from you. Yodel are absolutely useless and i will think twice about ordering through you again as a result

First time order gone horribly wrong. 1) A product was displayed as available but was out stock. 2) As a result a larger order was held back but I was not informed immediately- when I was I was asked to wait 3 days as the out of stock product was due into stock. 3) After waiting 3 days I chased up and requested that if the product was still unavailable the rest of the order was shipped. 4) 6 days ago I received a message from Yodel saying order was at their depot - their tracking website has not moved to an out for delivery status since. 5) 5 days ago I chased up again (3 times) only to be finally informed that Total Solutions could not help, that Yodel might be too busy and to be patient and wait 3 more days before chasing up again. I requested a refund. 6) My request to cancel the order and provide a full refund has been ignored. 7) Even if the order arrived today (13 days from order date) I can only conclude that this order exposed several issues with the company’s IT systems, customer service, and fulfilment processes. There also appears to be no service recovery procedures in place.

I ordered some products that were saying that they should arrive in 2-3 business days. Customer service was absolutely amazing, notifications about my order were send just on time. The product didn’t arrive because of manufacturer which is not fault of SalonTotal so I reordered items that are available atm and they arrived on 4th day from the moment I placed the order. For anyone who is not happy - guys it is YOUR responsibility to check shipping policies and read what is written on your screen. As long as information is available (and it is) you agree with conditions once your order is placed. I was answered by customer service team within a couple of hours which is great. The products are amazing and the price is really the best deal on the market.

Products arrived on time

Fantastic service, my order was delayed due to the production shortage of stock by the manufacturer which is not the fault of Salontotal. Their customer service was in touch and offered the option for a refund or to continue with the order. I opted to continue and I received regular updates on delivery and finally received the order. Thank you and I appreciate the excellent customer service!

The ordering process was seemless & the delivery was much quicker than expected. They also offered free delivery if you spend £35 which I took advantage of. All round excellence.

Advertised a product they no longer stock, and rather than inform me, sent a replacement instead and now the onus is on me to return it and pay for postage. Customer service tried to help but just went around and around in circles! Probably not a bad company just need to work on their customer service process

Great service from ordering to delivery only took 4 days from ordering. Also thus is the only place I can get this shampoo from now no-one else seems to stock it and I love this product have been using it for years hope Salontotal keep on stocking it.

I absolutely love this conditioner - it smells amazeballs. I have the shampoo too.
