Please don’t use this company. £83.00 I’ve paid this company nearly 2 weeks ago. A week after the order I had to chase it up to be told that 4 of the items were out of stock and asked me to wait a further week. Then following that week I was provided with a tracking number that states that yodel have been waiting for the parcel ever since with no update. I have escalated the dispute to PayPal for a refund. Having contacted the company you get nothing but the run around. I’ve lost two clients over the weekend. I will never ever use this company again. UPDATE: You can see their reply below asking me to contact their customer care team! I did this multiple times and was ignored and this shows they have no regard for their customers. PayPal found in my favour quite quickly to my surprise thank fully.

Still waiting for delivery from Yodel,unable to contact them and salontotal customer service says the package has been delayed and will arrive today,not holding out much hope as tracking stopped 4 days ago.Paid for delivery so not happy with the service.Salontotal use DPD throughout Europe apart from UK which is Yodel ,maybe they should change delivery partner.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Ordered some products, after few days received email that there's is none in stock, asked for me to wait one week. After waiting nothing, still the same situation ... Then Asked them to give me refund so still haven't seen my money.

Order arrived within stated times frame

I ordered the Sassoon Magic Off to prelighten my hair and only part B arrived. They didn't include part A which is supposed to be mixed in with part A and only then does the treatment/process work. Customer services has been absolutely terrible, providing me with no help or solution. The easy solution would have been to apologise for an incomplete order and send out part A but no, the person dealing w me doesn't care and hasn't offered any help. I'd NEVER buy from this company again.

Purchased items to about £100 12 days ago. I needed items for an event which has now been and gone. Supposedly with Yodel 10 days ago but they can't seem to 'find my house'. The only company who struggles to deliver to me. I contact company to say their courier still hasn't provided my belonging (yodel has twice stolen things from me) and haven't had a response from them, or a refund as requested. So fed up with the lack of customer service in the world. If I didn't do my job right I would get sacked.
