I had placed my order and paid in full, some time ago now. Despite reassurance that my product was on its way, Yodel states that my order has not yet even left the sender and they have not received my item! If I do dot receive my item buy the end of this week I will be asking for a full refund. Miss L Campbell

I never received my parcel!!! Contacted customer service and was told that they would issue me a refund, which should get to me within 5 days, it’s been over 2 weeks now and I still have not received my refund. Contacted customer service again and now they have stopped responding to my emails.
Slow delivery ! Ordered 1.30 pm on the Wednesday received 3.30 Saturday! Website say order before 9pm for same day dispatch, ordered from salon success 5 minutes later on the Wednesday and got it Thursday afternoon.
