Ordered Paul Mitchell hair Gelon the 31.08. Their Website said it was in stock so should have received it on the 4 or 5th . Still waiting for it, on the yodel tracking page it says it is still with the supplier. Spoke to the customer services this morning and they told its shipped but hasn't reached the UK depot. So false advertising on their website regarding stock. Waiting to hear back from their customer service team....

Absolute Fraudulent site, placed an order paid for said order then 30 minutes later they cancelled my order after taking my money! No return e mail tried for 1 hour to contact customer services, BEWARE PEOPLE THIS IS FRAUD!!!!
Excellent service & quick deliver,however was not happy with my product,highlighting cap,was supposed to have holes already there it did in some places & not in others & was far to thick on the top to punch the holes through therefore could not use it.
I canceled an order on June 17 due to lack of availability of some items. I requested a refund of my money by email and today, June 27, I still have not received it. Finally I have requested a refund of my money via Paypal since it is impossible directly with them. They politely answer that they are going to return it to you but they do not return it to you. I consider this a scam. I will not buy anything from this store again nor will I recommend anyone to do so. And if you still want to risk buying in their store, try paying through Paypal. That way maybe you will have a chance to get your money back if something goes wrong.

I brought an item which was half what it usually is online, I wanted to only buy one because i thought it was too good to be true l, but not only did it received exactly as described, it arrived fast shipping like 48 hours! I have literally just made another order for the same thing because I tested it before, but I definitely will be buying more from here in the future!

I really do not recommend for any professional hair stylists to order from here. Firstly they do not disclose that they ship their products from the Netherlands and that their customer service is based there. This means delayed shipments and poor customer support. Secondly, they use Yodel as their courier in the UK which is notoriously awful. I never received my package as most likely it was delivered to the wrong person however Salontotal has offered absolutely no help and only been extremely condescending in the process. When I called saying that I did not receive my package, I was told that they deal mostly with Dutch queries and to instead email in. Eventually I did receive a response with a proof of delivery photo taken by the courier. The photo showed someone's feet in the doorway of a building. The package is nowhere in the photo and obviously has not helped me find my package at all as I do not recognise the person in it. However ever since I emailed them back saying that it was not me who accepted the package, the only response I got was "did you not receive the proof of delivery photo?" which is obviously no help for me. Also most the correspondence kept being written in Dutch which just seems unprofessional even if I can translate it. They also send an automated email after each reply stating that they will respond within 5 hours but I have to wait days or weeks for a reply. This has obviously been an extremely letdown as I wasted my money, and as I needed some of the products for an event with a client it put me in a very stressful situation as I had to rush to get the products from elsewhere. So in conclusion, I really do not recommend ordering from here as in the case that something goes wrong with the delivery, the customer service will be simply unhelpful.
Dreadful service and avoid at all costs! After 10 days I still haven’t received my parcel. Having got in touch with company on numerous occasions I was told the parcel was out for delivery with courier and was given tracking number. After checking status it appeared that parcel still hasn’t been dispatched and after 6 days I got in touch with courier who confirmed they hadn’t received the parcel. I have asked for refund but they insist parcel is with courier.
Have ordered with them before and was happy with the service , however, this time it has been very disappointing. Ordered Sassoon products a full week ago (Late Sat), said it was shipped 3 working days later (Weds) and I’m still waiting for it (Sat Eve). I’ve gone on Yodel tracker & it says the order is still with the vendor. Don’t think I’m going to be making another purchase again.
