Having been told the items were in stock they weren’t, finally they advised me these were being dispatched, having chased everyday I have been provided with a tracking number that states they are waiting for the parcel for 5 days. Customer services are rude and unhelpful. I just want my items!!! UPDATE: this company is not based in the UK and DOES NOT from the UK, everything is shipped from the Netherlands, there delivery times of 2 days from day of order if before 9pm cannot be fulfilled UPDATE 26/5: Customer Services ignore emails and phone calls just disconnect

Awful. Will never purchase from this ‘company again’ I had been wanting this hair cream for so long after receiving a sample size in a Beauty box. My husband treated me to it for an anniversary. The item arrived in a scuffed box & the tube was unsealed & looked as if someone had squeezed some out already. Not what you would expect from such a highly priced product. When I entered a live chat to explain the situation, the agent was extremely abrupt & so rude & unhelpful, at one point even copying and pasting the same message. They said the product looks fine how it should be & that prove products don’t come with a seal, They wouldn’t do anything for me apart from agree to have the item returned (at my cost) as long as it was unopened and unused - the very issue I was debating in the first place, it looked like both of these things on arrival to me! If I now send it back I’m certain they won’t refund me for saying it’s not unopened. I am so so discussed with the service I received and frankly really upset, this was a gift from my husband, (I would never spend almost £50 on some hair cream!) they have ruined it for me, I would stay away at all costs, awful service.

I found Salontotal very easy to order from and delivery was fast, although like others I was not pleased with yodel, who left the parcel on my step and didn’t ring the door bell. Fortunately I was tracking my order and noticed it had been delivered, otherwise it would have been there for hours, or stolen! I ordered Jaguar scissors, I have used them for about 25 yrs but they don’t seem quite the same as my old ones.

Unfortunately only able to give 1 star because, although I received my order fairly quickly, I was very angry and disappointed to find it lying in full view on my front doorstep when I returned from a shopping trip. Yodel did not place it in a safe place as stated in their email confirmation of delivery. I contacted Salon Total straight away to advise them about Yodel and also that I would not buy from them again if they continue to use this delivery company.

Awful, ordered a highlighting cap in normal size , would be lucky if it fit a childs head, rang them to arrange a return and told to send it back to them in HOLLAND!! at my expense, would never use again and beware if you think they are based in the uk, they are not.AVOID.
