Goods received in a timely manner, good comms

Never buy from this company. I ordered my razor blade for work and have not received it. After calling them I was told to email them and someone will get back to me so I did. No one contacted me. I kept calling and emailing when finally someone emailed me giving me refund which never happened. The worst company ever. Really really dissapointed

Warning warning don’t buy from these people. Placed an order with them weeks ago and still not received anything they said the courier damaged my package and it was sent back then resent but still haven’t received? Ended up asking for my money back. But never happened I ended up buying replacements elsewhere and they came within 2 days with no problem at all. So valuable lesson learnt don’t deal with salon toppers ever again. If u could give zero stars 🌟 I would. Very very disappointing.

I really regretted purchasing from you, the product came with a European plug type, you didn't specify anything about it, then you wrote on your website saying it was European plug compatible, then you said you wouldn't take it back, so I THROWED THE PRODUCT IN THE TRASH, I sent you the video and you didn't even send a message about it. , I regretted shopping from you, 30 pounds does not make me poor. I also warned my 100s of friends who own hair salons like me, about this, because they are my dear friends, I don't want them to be sad, like me. I love my friends very much....🥰 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Ordering is easy enough and the products are packaged well on delivery. The reason I gave just four stars this time is that I think the delivery could be faster, it took 6 days this time from ordering to delivery.

very bad because the perfume box arrived unsealed, and the perfume bottle was used, when I complained they told me that it comes like that, but it was a lie, because that is fraud, I would never buy from here again.

I ordered two clipper guards, I ordered these ages ago and was told they would be expected from the 4th-8th jan, it is the 8th today and when I attempt to track it, I am told there hasn’t even been an attempt at delivery. I emailed the company and they told me there was a problem and they’ll send me out a new parcel, however it’s been days since they told me this and haven’t even followed up with tracking for the parcel or confirmation that it has been shipped out. Now I have asked for a follow up on my parcel but they started airing me not replying to my emails, I then sent an email requesting a refund but they’re airing that as well. I would steer clear of this company because they are clearly scamming people. The prices are extortionate as well, I only ordered because I needed it as of urgent.
