Still waiting after 4 days no sign on the tracking app On the web site its states Ordered before 10 PM, shipped today!* Thats not correct its misleading.

The product was exactly what I wanted and so pleased as the company have stopped making it. Delivered promptly and very happy with the price.
Ordered items on 1/11/24 and after receiving an email stating dispatched same day, still not received on 6/11/24. According to tracking the parcel is still with the sender! Despite having a co.uk website they are based in the Netherlands. Can’t get through to customer service. Beware!!
