great service, great product at a good price

I purchased anew foil head & cutters set for my electric razor from Salontotal. They said it would be 1-2working days. It arrived on the third day a weekend day, not a working day. I was extremely impressed by the speed & efficiency of their service

Placed an order and paid for products that were showing in stock. Received an email the next day to say that products were out of stock and they didn't know when they would be in stock again. Asked for a refund and was told that I would receive it within 5 working days. Received an email after 5 working days to say that I would have to wait another 5 working days. Contacted customer service who told me that in most cases I would receive my refund soon - really not good enough! As far as I am concerned, salontotal have stolen my money! Don't touch them with a bargepole! 28/10 still no refund!

Cheaper than elsewhere and arrived quickly

Two gama hairdryer and wasted money as they are going to be place in the rubbish bin, when they work they are good but too many problems and customer service is bad so I’m of to get a shark next Reply: That’s the problem there is no help in customer services at least I get a response still I’m off pocket and not point to recommending this products to my clients, thanks for nothing

Moments after placing my order I contacted Salontotal to request the addition of another product. The process would not allow this, nor was I able to cancel my order and start the process again. As per their policy, I had to ‘refuse’ acceptance of the delivery in order to get a refund. The customer service staff were most unhelpful.

It was by chance I found this site. The prices are really good. Delivery pretty quick. Product is what I was looking for. Will buy from them again.

I went with Salontotal as it offered next day delivery, and as a UK website I believed I was buying items suitable for use in the UK. The shipping didn’t occur anywhere nearly as quickly as advertised, and the hairdryer is equipped with an EU plug (not mentioned in the description). I’m ok with the product, but feel a bit let down by the above points.

First order with them - everything I ordered was delivered very well packaged and very quickly - a day earlier than expected which was a bonus! Also I'd not been able to find Sassoon's Halo Hydrate at a reasonable price for several years - Salon Total had it at about the same as it had been when I last managed to buy it. Many thanks!
