Wrist customer service. We have 2 lines and just got a charge for $1250! The billing team is incompetent. Switching to Google.

I can't get anyone by phone or by chat. I don't have service and no one is answering my emails. I want a refund.. You apologized but still no one has reached out.

Love mobile and computer apps. Love being notified via email regarding calls. Easy breezy and customer service was pleasant and efficient.
I only use this because there is no better alternative, my sole reason for the 1 star is the messaging issues with registering, I do not collect customer data AT ALL. But still constantly failed messaging registration, I was only trying to use to to get one time passcodes for myself. The process was infuriating. If there is ever an alternate to RC, I would switch in a heartbeat
Calls would take a long time to connect after answering, and customer service was unhelpful, so I found a new company. Even after cancelling my service, they continue to send me emails, including this one to review them.
I have been with them for 10+ years but today I was locked out of the account for no reason. I mean, I cannot even see the account. I just get a message the account is locked and to contact support. Well, 15 minutes of hold time was just too long. Sorry, RC, but this customer is walking. My time is valuable and this is a critical service.
Can’t used paid one year for nothing
Was a RingCentral customer for 15 years, they were a great service to get our company up and running and provided many years of good service. Unfortunately, things have changed over past few years, maybe they are too big to care about small business now? Customer service has become so very bad. Issues go unresolved, just endless bot generated answers. Using a competitor now and couldn't be happier with the service. I guess these companies grow till their customer service sinks to cable company levels. They just added a generic response. Thats what you get as customer. I'm still stuck with them with a second company on annual contract, phones were down all day, they just kept adding the same no info update hour after. AVOID - they have gone bad.
Worse custmer service
I've been trying to cancel for months: sending emails, calling their customer support, canceling through the portal, and opening "cases" - but THEY KEEP BILLING ME. Stay away from RingCentral.
I have been persuing a change request for almost 2 months...im still calling the success team everyday with no reall resolution. still paying the wrong bill for months now.
