I am still new to using the software, i am hoping i am able to fully transfer my entire business clientele to use the RingCentral numbers so I stop loosing client's messages . Be more efficient in receiving and returning phone calls.
Unfortunately, we would have unexpected outages without a notification from Ring Central that calls would not be coming through. Group text was a function that we needed to utilize on a regular basis and it wasn't user friendly or reliable. Lastly, the hold time when needing tech support was never less than 60 minutes, which is too long when things regularly come up.
Don't waste too much trying to cancel. One cannot. Do record your midirected attempts of them not answering and then just all you State Attorney General and contact your credit card company and report fraud as there is not way to cancel
Company failed to notify of systemwide outage last month. Outage was bad, failure to notify was worse. No one could reach us for hours, and we didn't know for at least the first hour. Also, SMS system registration support is horrible.
The most important features in a phone company are phone calls and text messages .. If one of them is down for a month I would call that a terrible company.. I never received an email notification about text messages being canceled until they were canceled and for me that’s just the worst you can get out of any service in the UsA.
Billed me for annual subscription but I was told when I signed up it I was paying for 2 years and had a 2 year contract.
Horrible customer service. Needed to cancel a few licenses on our account. What should be a simple click of a button has taken me hours of waiting on hold. The support staff make empty promises to get you off the phone. I feel tempted to cancel my entire account with them due to the massive headache of dealing with them.

I tried to cancel my subscription for over four months and kept getting the run around, I'm still not 100% certain it was cancelled in January as promised.
Whenever I call customer service they never are able to fulfill my requests. Ring central customer service is a headache
Really simple to use and overall for the money makes sense for our business.
They sold me on their ability to get SMS up and running fast. Its been over a month and this is still not approved. I had to get an outside text carrier, Text Request, and they got me up in the same day.
Great service always works when you need it.
Impossible to cancel or close the account. It has taken over 5 hours of hold music and 4 days, and I still unable to cancel the account
Customer service is AWFUL! The app is a mess, as is the desktop portal. It's difficult to navigate, even for accounts with just one user. If you want assistance from them in hopes of being approved to set up text messages, even to FRIENDS and FAMILY, good luck! They won't offer you any assistance of value, and you'll be on your own to figure it out.
WE HAVE A VERRY BUSY AUTOMOTIVE SHOP I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR A YEAR AND HAVE NEVER RECIVED PHONES AND HAVE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO REACH OUT FOR HELP. Deceptive Pricing, Horrible Customer Service & Unethical Billing Practices – Avoid RingCentral at All Costs! I initially signed up for RingCentral at $20 per month, even though I never really used the service—it just made more sense to use my cellphone. However, I was fine keeping it until I added extra numbers in December, thinking they could be useful for my nonprofit volunteer work. Fast forward to today, and I find out that RingCentral is now charging me $40 per month (double my original rate!) and will continue billing me for two more years! When I called to ask why my bill had doubled, I spoke with three different people, and all of them gave me the same ridiculous excuse: “additional taxes.” So now, instead of the $20 plan I signed up for, I’m being forced to pay twice as much—and they’re pretending it’s just taxes? That’s beyond shady. When I realized how bad this situation was, I asked to remove the extra numbers since I’m just one person and don’t need multiple lines. That’s when RingCentral showed their true colors. Instead of working with me, they flat-out refused, claiming I should have read the fine print. To make matters worse, they said there was no one I could escalate the issue to. Instead, they are forcing me to either continue overpaying or pay a termination fee just to cancel a service I don’t even use. The rep I spoke with, Reynaldo Lingahan, was not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive. I spent the better part of an entire business day sitting on hold, getting transferred around, only to be told the same inflexible answer. This is a scammy, unethical way to do business. Doubling a customer’s bill with no warning and then trapping them in a contract with no reasonable way out is predatory. There are far better alternatives out there that actually care about their customers. I have spent over 5 months asking you to ammend our line number and rectify our bill and this is still not done. If I did not need the service I would cancel it

Customer service lacks communication skills and needs to include at least some staff based in the United States. Most of the issues for which I contacted RingCentral for help were solved by yours truly or my predecessor with zero actual assistance from RC.
