We have had a couple of minor issues with card machines not working. Jake was fantastic and patiently talked us through the solution. The problem was sorted within 5 minutes! He then followed up by sending me written instructions on what to do if it should happen again. Great service.
Have been with RMS 18 months and had a technical problem with setting up an upgraded card terminal. Rang up to ask a question, but after speaking to Michael Fortune, I was told that I am entitled to an upgrade of my old machine, this has saved me some money each month as I am now able to cancel one of our phone lines that we no longer need.

Been with RMS a few years now and whenever I have a query or need help I find their customer service team very helpful. Just come off a call with Jake Murray who was helpful and able to resolve my query to my satisfaction quickly and professionally.
The whole RMS experience has been fantastic. After being with RMS for over 10 years we have recently upgraded our terminal - Dan not only understood that we needed the card machines to run through ethanet but when we were trying to set them up and lost contact (power cut) he phoned me back straight away as well as the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I can highly recommend the customer service of Dan and everyone I have spoken to over the last couple of weeks at RMS. Working in hospitality customer service is essential and i really felt like as a business we have been really well looked after. Dan and the rest of the staff i have spoken to are a credit to the company. Keep up the good work.
