My contract with RMS had come to an end and my terminal old and faulty. I spoke with Kareema from Customer services who was most helpful. She is upgrading my terminal to a mobile one with a lower monthly fee and has reviewed my rates with customer loyalty taken into account. I am now looking forward to a new terminal and lower monthly costs. Thank you, excellent service!

I spoke to Patricia as we were having problems with our card machine. She was so helpful and extremely patient as i did not know what I was doing! She talked me through everything in a way that I was able to understand and we got it sorted, eventually! Thankyou so much Patricia.

The support provided by Patricia Kontoh was great. Good communication and resolved my query without any issues.
Had a few issues with our billing statements not been sent then we were over charged for two months despite a few phone calls to try and sort it out!! However, we finally spoke to Dan who was very efficient and thorough, getting our statements emailed across and sorting out our refund. he also kept us updated by email as to what was happening and kept in touch so he knew when our money had been paid. Very helpful, polite and a pleasure to speak to. Thanks again Dan!!

I spoke to Jake today and he was brilliant, so polite, kind and patient as he talked me through step by step how to change to wi-fi connection on the terminal with also arranging an upgrade of our second terminal.

kareema was so helpful today and gave me great service ,but i have left rms after many years as they always seemed to provide me with older machines and charge me a monthly rental too. i have moved to a new provider with a lovely new free card machine provided !!also cheaper fees the 50 minute wait to get thorough to speak to someone 6 months ago when i rang was enough to put me off contacting them again too !
