Previous terminal was outdated and needed to be updated. Needed to call RMS to arrange a set up. Spoke to Dan who was very clear in his instructions, he was very friendly and patient, ( as I'm a technophobe) I would def recommend. Thanks Dan

I had to contact RMS after my terminal stopped working. As I did not have the telephone number to hand I googled RMS and called the number given. After several minutes going through the automated service, with my customer waiting, I finally got to speak to someone. I explained the situation only for that person to tell me they weren't RMS but Elavon! They gave me another number. I went through the same automated process, and still ended up speaking again with Elavon! On the third attempt, nearly half an hour later and after my customer had given up waiting, I finally spoke with Jake Murray at RMS. I was clearly frustrated at this point but he dealt with me in a calm professional manner and took me through a reboot procedure. I'm not great with technology, and I appreciated his patience. Hopefully I will not have any further problems but I regret not getting his direct telephone number in case I had problems down the line!
Constantly have to chase invoices to be sent, and when chased, consistently receive wrong invoices. Been greeted with fast but inefficient service for around x2 years by staff who are more interested in beating other staff to trust pilot reviews. You need to be better and to ensure you provide what is being requested.
We have been with RMW for years. It came to renewing my contract and I couldn't find cheaper rates from another merchant service. Others did offer cheaper terminal rental however and RMS were only to happy to match it so i signed up for another 18 months. Customer service is 5* and so are there terminals, reliable and easy to use which is just what you need.

Terrible company . Requested so many times for cancellation. Never acknowledged it and keep asking same questions again and again . Very bad experience. Not recommended
