After 12 months or so trying to resolve multiple issues with RMS I found myself having to go through my numerous issues with Kareema Mohammed from customer services. Initially I was sceptical that any of these matter would be resolved as I had been there many times before. I am delighted to say that she has managed to address them all and has emailed me confirmation on all matters. I am extremely happy with Kareema's service and attention to detail. Called in today spoke to Michael Fortune with the terminal issue he straightaway resolved the issue over the phone and upgraded my terminal to prevent future issues it was really helpful.
Called in today and spoke to Melvin regarding some technical problems we were having with our machine. He quickly organised a replacement and also helped with some account charging errors. Melvin was very professional, efficient and is a credit to RMS. I would like to be able to speak him every time I call in. Excellent service from Melvin today. This guy goes the extra mile.
