We have been having problems with our card machine for several weeks which has never been resolved, unfortunately we have had to terminate our agreement However I must say Michael Fortune has been very helpful and I cannot praise him enough for all the help he gave me, the 5 stars are for him. I would give the company 1 star

Rang this afternoon quite frustrated with our MOVE 3500 card machines not working properly. Spoke with a lovely guy called Melvin Onu, who took my complaint on the chin and sorted out the issue without hesitation or trying to solve the issue with diagnostics checks which hasn’t helped in the past with. Within 20 minutes 2 new machines in their way on a 24 hour courier. Thank you Melvin for you help and assistance ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service I have recevied from RMS hasn't been great until I spoke to Ash and Adila most recently. They were both very competent in their job and managed to resolve an ongoing issue promptly.
