Melvin is a credit to retail merchant services. i called up this morning to cancel my account & Melvin was very professional & new exactly what to do to help me out.
I am a former customer that stopped using this company after they ended support to our till software integration. Today I had to get back in touch as my account hadn't been closed properly, these things would usually warrant a bad review however Melvin provided me with such good customer service and went out of his way to resolve my issue that he has saved the company's reputation in my eyes.
