Really helpful chap named Melvin on the phone . We had no broadband at our business and needed some help getting our PDQ machines moved into the 3G network. Without Melvin’s help we’d have lost a load of money due to not being able to take card payments .

Having been taken over by Teya, the already mediocre service as going to go downhill even further so we gave notice to end our contract. Having acknowledged receipt of our cancelation message, we are now 7 months on and they are claiming the contract has not been cancelled and are still trying to bill us. An dreadful company to deal with. BE WARNED!
