Don’t like giving 1 star reviews but this is a genuine warning to other businesses not to use this company! Initially they were ok - it was easy to speak to someone in customer services and issues with card machines did eventually get sorted but I have recently ceased trading so gave the months notice as required. I received a call confirming all was ok and I just needed to return the handset in a month and there would be no further charges as I was no longer in contract. Since then I have been charged 3 months fees for the 3 months after my service ends and I am now receiving an invoice for £399 for apparently not adhering to my contract ( which I’m not in) I am still being charged by leaving so they obviously haven’t closed my account with them. No one replies to emails, the call centre is overseas and they clearly don’t know what the hells going on ! Pay a little more and sign up with a reputable company. I notice on here many of the reviews are clearly written by the customer services staff ! Trouble is surely afoot for this company jump ship now if you can !

I have had no issues with my card reader except when the software went out of date. It did take a couple of days to receive the new reader but that was down to incompetence from DPD not RMS. The new reader was ready to go, linked to my chosen account, and working perfectly. I rang RMS to check on all the new reader settings and within 5 mins every query was answered. I would recommend RMS to anyone thinking of using a card reader and the low rate is excellent and competitive and I know as I’ve used 3 other readers before.

Promised the world. Received s,,t. If you want to talk to Indians this and be in the phone for hours this is the company for you. Sales rep just wants your signature then dies not give a s,,t. They take money before the nachines are running

At first we thought RMS card machine was very good , quick connection, but in three months its being changed now for the third time - very crap machines. each time you have to wait about a week or more for the replacement as well.

I would leave no stars if possible. Appalling company we terminated contract 4 years ago and were sent a letter in the post today 21 dec 2022 stating because of inactivity on our account we would be charged for a terminal at £399 + VAT, unbelievable, no one could sort it on the phone. No way of emailing them written reply so will have to resort to snail mail recorded delivery of course. Avoid at all costs truly terrible god only knows how they are still in business.

I have been a customer for 4 years with no problems with either the machine or customer service - until recently. My card machine failed, a new one was sent out and took 10 days to arrive - without a power cable which took another 2 days. This machine would not work so I called the tech team whos only help was to ask me to turn it off and on again and retry. This has gone on for 5 weeks - and when I tried to speak to the complaints department no one was willing to put me through and said they had talked to them on my behalf. I have been without a working machine for 5 weeks now and have been told another machine will take 10 days. That is Christmas Day!!! So far I have lost thousands in sales. They offered me a free month!!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Supposed to be saving me money. Contract was for 2 Machines only one arrived. Two weeks later and lots of messages the second arrives. Neither work out of the box, got invoice the day the first one was delivered. The set up guide does not work, had to wait for salesman to come and set up, even he had to call the office. Want to cancel but told that even though the card machines don't work I would have to pay £2,500 grand to get out of the contract. Absolute joke. DO NOT GO NEAR. IT IS A SCAM Was also sent a quote for cancellation which was £0. They said this was a mistake and had to pay £2500. Have been asked to call the customer team so that they can help. They do not want to put anything in writing!!! Beware

TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!! The machine supplied was awful, after numerous attempts to have someone come and explain the system to me, I decided to cancel and go back to my previous provider. I cancelled well within the two week cooling off period. I advised both the agent and the call centre that I would store the machine and they should pick it up. My contract still hasn't been cancelled and RMS are still attempting to take money from my account. The machine also has not been uplifted. I have been promised numerous call back both by telephone and email.
