So difficult to get hold of anyone. Lots of hidden fees via elavon . Cancelled several times but still getting payment requests . When you do get through to someone have to go through a long list of ‘safety’ questions even asking for the address to send back the terminal was being asked time wasting questions .. yes definitely avoid to save your sanity!

I found RMS to be excellent. I had a problem with card machine not working. RMS talked me through the fault. As I am not too good with technical stuff, the gentleman had the good patience to help me resolve the problem. Thanks David

I have never had such bad service, my machine stoped working so could not take payments , spent two hours over two day trying everything asked of me only left phone call because I was needed in business after the first 54 minutes, have phoned twice since was promised a call back but have not received.

Unbelievable that my query could not be dealt with because it is weekend. We are a restaurant and in hospitality we need service 7 days a week. Very disappointing.

On the 14th March I spoke to RMS to initiate yet another new card reader and we had the same problem. 15th March I was supposed to get a call from supervisor Junaid at 09:00. He did not call I called RMS at 09:30 and got Riya Walmiki, who helped me before. After explaining what had happened she said she would look into it and call back. Which she did within 10mins, we re booted the card reader nd the problem was solved! Wonderful lady. I've only given one star because I can't do a review with no stars! After my review of the 9th Feb things have got worse. Waiting for third machine, where the problem lies with different people trying to fix problem remotely saying what the trouble is, without looking at previous notes nor listening to me when , but just make the situation worse. Now been without card reader for 4 days, and a weekend!

AVOID to save your mental health and avoid unnecessary stress trying to pay an invoice of £28 for my quarterly charges, dated 6 march 2023 was impossible, they cant find it! no invoice on my account, they can only find £1000 cancellation charge (which was cancelled and they wrote confirming so and that i would continue my contract until the end date) jeez this is the reason im going to ride out my contract then cancel, terrible service, dreadful stressful way to start my day :-( move your services back to the uk and have people answering the phone that are english and can understand simple questions rather than frustrating and stressing out your customers ! also empty people who can keep correct records and up to date !!!

Good Luck trying to speak to your account manager once they have completed your new contract. We have had major issues with one of our terminals and i was promised a Bluetooth base to fix the issue.....6 months ago.

worst ever service rms totaly unprofessional staff very rude they dont know how to speak to the customers i made a complaint and today they call me from complain department the person name is alex he was very rude and he dont want to listen and shouting on me without reason if rms believe i m lieing they can listen the call in that they do recording hope they learn how treat coustmer they have to learn from dojo how they treat coustmer
