Have being trying to get in contact with RMS over what should be a simple change on the account. Multiple phone calls/emails including to the CEO go completely unanswered. It is obsoletely ridiculous. I even tried getting sales to sort it however they got one of their sister companies to ring me.....

Things have not improved since previous review. It will be 14 days tomorrow we have been without a card reader. Now into five figures lying out waiting to be collected. I wonder how many of these cards will be declined. Twice today I have been told our machine has been ordered and it should be delivered tomorrow but they are unable to provide me with a tracking number. Regretfully I will have to take this to the Financial Ombudsman. This is really serious for our small business and they don't seem to care. Apparently there is no-one I can escalate to. You cant get past the call handler. Seemingly, there is no manager who can talk to me.

I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. No response to emails, holding to speak to an advisor for 25 minutes and now finally resorted to sending a good old fashioned letter by recorded delivery. No customer service whatsoever!

That company is fraud.my contact finish February i send every thing back his card machine as well and i give 1 month notice as well but still his charger £18 every month, When i contact his say sorry is system problem, they say very soon i gat my money back but still 4 Month gone. and still his take money in my account. is very rabbis company don't trust Thame

Received new machine Friday 5.30pm by courier who took the old one. New machine did not work and no one to speak to until Monday. I have emailed and cancelled my contract. How can you not have a help line that does not operate after 5pm or even weekends.

So card machine went down Friday, its now Monday & still can't contact anyone, have spent my life on hold!!! Is anyone alive at Rms?? I'm a small business and not all customers are happy paying cash or bank transfer while I wait & wait & wait for someone to pick up the phone, I'm losing sales and my batch from Friday has disappeared, I hope I'm going to be compensated for this, you haven't even replied to my first review this is getting out of hand now

Never received the card machine, charged me and now asking for £3500 if you complain the Indian call centre laughs at you and cuts you off I’m completely lost as to what to do I never ever received the machine and it’s affecting my company credit

I plead with anyone not to use these sharks. They don't understand honesty, transparency or customer service. The list of experiences is way to long to list. in 25years of running a business i can honestly say RMS an Evalon between them are the worst company's i have had to deal with on so many levels. There are so many other options out there that offer a service that these lot can only dream of.

Have been trying to contact them to cancel my contract and their phones have been offline for over a week. If you google ‘Retail Merchant Services data breach’, you will find that they have had a massive data breach and have lost all of the customer data to a hacking group called Bit Lock, who are based in Russia. Don’t companies invest in IT security? Really concerned that all my personal data, bank data and customers who I have taken card payment for is now in the hand of fraudsters. A bit of honesty to your customer base as to what has gone on would be nice. Do I need to change my bank account now ? Has the regulator been informed? Looks like all of the data is going to published on the web on the 23rd June !!! Avoid, switch off your machine and cancel your contracts asap.

We have been trying to contact them by phone and email for 5 days now but to no avail no public statement as to what has happened (although the rumors are flying) a statement on twitter would be a help for us small businesses hoping to get payments processed. Update did leave my information and concerns on their website, got a call back from someone asking if i was a new customer ? when i said no the person said customer support would get back to me, it is very concerning that they will reply to a potential new customer but a customer of over 10 years cannot get help or an explanation. If they have had a data breach let us know !!

Contacted them on 23rd May to advise of bank change, they said once the forms have been received via docusign it would take 2-3 days, this hasn’t happened!! My bank account closes on 4th June and I have been trying to contact them via phone for 4 days but automated response says they are not accepting calls, sent an email 4 days ago and no response!!!

Shocking this Company should not be allowed to operate our card machine is continually down and we are unable to obtain any support whatsoever. We shall be reporting to the financial ombudsman avoid this company at all costs !

AVOID BIG TIME ! They don’t respond to calls no call backs .. no help to resolve any technical issues… they purposely put you in arrears… disgusting

Very helpful staff, in particular Nring, he was happy to go out of his way to help me with setting up my card machines. Only negative is that you must be prepared to sit on the phone for at least an hour and a half per phone call.

the terminal pos mashine stopping connecting to Wifi,called they service ,she resolve it step by step,easy and clearly.....great job.

Been with them for a few years If the machine broke down it was always resolved and always got through to the department needed and helped
