I called to terminate my account which I've held for over 10 years - only due to getting a bundle deal wit my electricity with another provider. Nava was very professional and swift to do the closure and made sure that she could offer an alternative which I did not accept. Do not go near them if you want good service and a collaboration that is good for your business. I cancelled my account in September 2023 which was finalized, then all of a sudden in March 24 I get an invoice and get charged and the same in April. Despite reaching out to their customer service in March to complain about it, this has still not been resolved. I will be going to the Bank to cancel the DD to ensure no more payments but have formally requested to lodge a complaint and am waiting on an update.
