Thank you Dan@RMS for the really quick delivery of my replacement card machine. As you said, it arrived set up and ready to use (complete with a sim). The instructions you sent through for connecting to WiFi were user friendly and worked first time. Efficient, stress free and really pleased. Thank you!

i had a phone call to sort out my new machine and the lady was very helpful and was very sorry when we noticed there was no sim card, she talked me through how to set it up first before we noticed

Had a technical problem. Dan tried every avenue to find a solution. Great perseverance but in the end we had to have a new terminal, which was received promptly. Excellent customer service.
