Yes it took a few attempts at different fixing of my verifone card machine taking twenty minutes but the RMS agent fixed my new card machine I’m so happy with his efforts today..!
We have been using RMS for several years with no problems. We had a technical issue with our terminal. No answer on phone or email but there was a post on their website saying they were experiencing problems. Received an email apologising for delay in response and to use webchat feature on their website. Issue couldn't be resolved online but their phone helpline is now working and the issue was sorted out in under 10 minutes. They have employed extra staff to answer sort all problems.

was promised 24/7 technical help that now turns out to be weekdays only 9-5 so avoiding what must be the busiest sales period of any week - dreadful customer service and earlier complaint of similar issue ignored - need to findd a decent machine provider -adding to this elavon and rms have been taking unauthoised payments -well at least one of them is behaving dishonestly -difficult to check which as their customer services are useless - 5 days later and still no help -the original helpline number has been changed to another one that does not work - if customer services were as at helping clients as they are at avoiding them it would be a first class service - no idea what to do about ongoing issues -
very very poor customer services. tried calling 4 times, e mailed twice, still no responce. problem with card machine and cant take payements. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!
Gary was fantastic! Had an ongoing issue with my account which Gary resolved immediately after talking to me over the phone
Excellent and painless communication with RMS via live chat. Spencer was great and dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently.
Really impressive customer service today. They sorted out my issue super fast and super efficiently. I had emailed but on seeing it could take 5 days to get back to me I was on the phone to them when they called me back as a result of the email.
I spoke to Richard, and I have to say his service was excellent. He sorted out my issue promptly.

If I could give RMS a zero I would. The customer service is absolutely appalling and non existent! I've been trying to contact them by phone for 2 weeks. Emailed and got a automatic response saying "they would contact me within 5 days" but haven't. It's difficult enough trying to run a small independent business, without the palaver of this.

I wrote a review on here back in September stating I can't get through to RMS, Here we are 20th November and I still can't get through on either of their numbers, I have even sent them a handwritten letter but I have had no reply or a call from them, but guess what? the invoices keep coming. stay well clear
**update , no phone call from RMS to help with the card machine problem. We are still having to continuously re-boot it. This is now day 6! Our business is suffering due to this matter not being resolved. Does the machine need updating ? Do we need a new terminal ? RMS please call and help ! RMS customer service is not answering their phone. Card machine not working. We have been trying for 2 days to get through. This is affecting a small family run business. What is going on ????

Was having a tough day with my card machine and almost gave up on RMS. However, I ended up speaking to Ash who was able to sort it out for me. He was super friendly and kind and even gave me pointers so if it happens to me next time I know what to do without having to ask for support again. Well done Ash and keep going young man.
I have been having issues with my card machine today which has stopped me taking payments. But thanks to Ash he was able to assist me with clear instructions and made the process very smooth to get the card machine working again and now I can take payments again.
