I had a problem with the terminal switching off etc and the lady could not have been more helpful. As I am not the quickest they talked me through everything. They were patient and waiting till the terminal was up and running before they ended the call.

Fabulous service from Dan.. Amidst the chaos of trying to close my business the service I have received from Dan at RMS has been a beacon of light. Both on the phone and my email the whole thing has been efficient and fast.
