Having had a technical problem with IT equipment and the whole thing crashed, we needed to reboot the card machine but, apparently, we had such an old model that it wasn't possible so we needed a new one. However, only the person on the account could request this and the lady had passed away so Reece was very helpful in explaining what we need to do to swap names on the account and started the ball rolling to get us a new machine ready to deliver asap. Very happy with service so far.

Great Customer Service I called to terminate my account which we have had for years. Navadini was very professional and swift to do the closure and made sure that I had received and replied to her Email to end the contract. Sent over the postage label for return of equipment

Ist class service. Spoke to RMS representative Navadini who was able to deal with my enquiry promptly and politely. All questions i asked were answered competently & it was a refreshing change to talk to someone on a company helpline that knew what they were doing.

I’ve used RMS for a number of years and they have always been great. Last week I had a problem with my card terminal which resulted in a new machine being sent - much more modern but at no extra charge. Unfortunately I couldn’t get it to connect to my WiFi for my first customer and a phone call to RMS sorted it. The assistant, Melvin Onu was great, he was really patient with my hearing problems and lack of technical skills but we got there in the end - thank you!

We have used RMS as our card machine provider for over 8 years now and I am very pleased with the service they give us as well as the fixed prices for transactions, which are very competitive. We have just changed over to a new terminal so we can use mobile data as well as the internet. This was an easy process which Adila very kindly talked me through the whole process of setting the new machine up. Thank you Adila for all your help.

My card machine wasn't working and when I rang RMS I was through to Melvin Onu who was an absolute star and was very patient to sort out my problem. He sorted it first time! I was able to get on with my very busy Friday before a bank holiday. Thanks Melvin.
