Petstay put me in touch with the most amazing lady who looked after Punch whilst I was away. I knew she was being so well looked after which relieved the anxiety of leaving an old dog with someone else. I even received photos of her having a wonderful time.
This is the first time Alfie has been away from home being a lockdown puppy. So I was anxious about leaving him. Got in touch with pet stay because I wanted him to stay in a home not kennels. I have to say the experience was 1st class from start to finish. Alfie stayed with Emma and Leah for 2 weeks and had the best time. He was very well looked after and they sent me updates and photos on his adventures. He made himself right at home lol. Can’t wait for my next holiday. Will definitely be using pet stay again. Look out Emma and Leah. Lock up your socks. He will be back 😁
This is the third time we have used PetStay for our dogs and we can honestly say they love their holiday with Richard. We wouldn't use anyone else or any other company to look after our dogs.
Our dog is an anxious boy, but Tasha was absolutely brilliant with him. She gave up time to meet him before his stay so that he got used to her, which made it much easier for him. I got the sense that nothing was too much trouble and I have no hesitation in recommending her whole heartedly. Thank you Tasha!
Our 5 year old Jack Russell has just had another fantastic and fun stay with Julie. Julie is brilliant and treats Clowy like her own with lots of cuddles and walks and nothing is a problem. Julie loves dogs and works around your dogs likes and keeps in touch, which is so reassuring. We’ve already rebooked as Julie is so brilliant!
I used the Derby branch of PetStay recently for our 2 Cocker Spaniels. They stayed with a host where they have stayed several times before, which meant they were in familiar surroundings, so they settled well. They were exercised daily and were made to feel very welcome by the host and her family, who cared for them beautifully.
