Right from the start the whole process of booking a pet sitter was brilliant. The friendly, helpful and professional service made me worry less about leaving our dog Lenny when we went away. We got Lenny as a rescue 2 years ago and he can be quite nervous sometimes, especially around other dogs. We knew a kennel wouldn’t be right for him and needed to find an alternative. Petstay arranged for him to stay with Mandy and Garry while we were away and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the love and care he received from them. For a dog who doesn’t like to be away from us I don’t actually think he was bothered if he came back with us or not! He had a lovely time and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Petstay to anyone.
I have used Petstay for 3 years now and I always recommend the company. Willow was cared for recently by a very caring couple (Kath and Tony ) and I know willow is looked after like a family member as she is always happy to run into the house when we arrive. I always appreciate the regular updates and photos of what she has been up to during the day . Having a home environment where your dog is truly cared for is of upmost importance to me . Thank you .
From the moment I contacted Jane at Petstay, I felt confident that Jane would put us together with a committed dog lover to look after our little Maggie while we went on holiday. She arranged a meet and greet with our potential carer and I left feeling relaxed knowing that Maggie would be well taken of. Jane takes a note of all your fur babies details, likes, dislikes etc. Everyday while we were away, our carer kept us updated with pictures and details of how they spent the day etc. This definitely allowed me to relax more on our holiday knowing our baby was in safe hands. I am so happy I came across Petstay and will definitely be contacting Jane again for any needs we have for carers. Thank you Jane.
It was our first time leaving our young Labrador whilst we were away but Sophia gave us every confidence that she would be well looked after. Poppy soon settled with Sophia and enjoyed her stay with lovely walks and cuddles! We really appreciated the daily updates via WhatsApp too! Petstay are very professional and provide a home from home service adopting the dogs routines and preferences. Thank you!
This was the first time that our 2 year old doggy had been away from us. Betty was incredible and met with me beforehand to get to know Nala and understand her routine and little quiks. Betty kept me updated with occasional texts and this was very reassuring. Nala had clearly been spoiled and was very comfortable in Betty’s home when we went to collect her. I am delighted with the service from Jane and Betty the carer. Highly recommended!!
Can’t recommend this service enough! Very professional and helpful booking service. Our lab stayed on a lovely farm with his pet stay carers and their own doggy. Thanks to their care and updates of our Jet, we had a nice relaxing break with no concerns for his care. Will definitely use again. Thanks to Leigh and this great business.
Where to begin - again! Catriona provided a smooth and easy booking process for our lovely Arlo! She had a new couple join the Highlands and Moray PetStay family, who we were paired with! We have had wonderful people caring for Arlo previously, but Kay and Andy have exceeded all expectations! What a perfect match, from the moment they/we met, I knew they where going to Love him as much as we do! Such a welcoming home, which they opened to Arlo! Regular updates given both in text and photos! I would Highly recommend Kay and Andy to look after your loved pooch, they will treat them as part of the family. Kerri and her family looked after my little Teddy while I went to Mexico, They were brilliant and Teddy seemed to have had a wonderful time. Kerry txt me regularly with updates on Teddy and sent me pictures. Lovely family and will defo use in the future 💙
This is the second time that I have used PetStay and once again Sophia found the perfect home for Bertie to go to . Amy was very considerate of Bertie and walked him very early in the morning due to the hot days we were having. This was quite a last minute booking and we very lucky that Amy could take Bertie. He was very happy there and settled in straight away. Thanks Amy for the care you took of our precious little Bertie . ( p.s. Eleta....if you see this review I know I promised that Bertie wouldn't go anywhere else but you already had a dog booked in !)
Janet & Arthur from Petsay looked after our Labrador during the week of the extreme heat. They were brilliant and we had every confidence that they looked after our dog's welfare in these difficult conditions. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or Petstay.
Eddie, our cockapoo, had his 3rd stay with Julie last month. He seems to love his holidays at Julie's and comes back to us very relaxed. He is already packing for his next stay in September!
I have been really pleased with the whole experience with Petstay. Adrian has been amazing and was very thoughtful and listened to all the information about our dog Bob his likes and routine, I felt very confident that Adrian was going to take good care of Bob while we were away. When I collected Bob I could see that Adrian loved having Bob to stay and Bob settled in well. I will definitely rebook through Petstay

I highly recommend PetStay! From filling in the application, to meeting with the carers and finally leaving our Mylo, everything was perfect. I was very confident and happy to leave Mylo with John and Jacqui. They are a lovely couple who clearly care and want the best for the pets. From my very first meet with them and seeing how loving they were with Mylo I knew they were a match! Mylo settled in wonderfully with them and kept us updated about his days. When we picked him up, Jacqui had everything packed and ready to go which was wonderful. We feel very lucky to have had them and in fact Mylo will be staying with them again in a couple of weeks!! Once again, our dog had a very enjoyable stay with one of the PetStay hosts in Norfolk. PetStay really do provide a 'home from home' service which eases the guilt of going away on holiday without our much loved dog! In fact we are going away again in a few weeks and our dog will be going to stay with the same lady again, where we know that he will have a very nice time.
First time we have left our pup Buddie with anyone but he was thoroughly cared for. He was treated like one of the family and was very happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pet Stay again. First class….

This is the second time Monty has stayed with Eleta and, as far as he was concerned, it was his second home! After a quick goodbye he was off into her conservatory and garden and we didn't see him again until we returned two weeks later! We were kept up to date on how he was getting on but we didn't really worry as we knew he was happy. He was quite subdued his first day home as he missed Eleta.
We recently left Barney with Jessamy while we got married. It was lovely to know he was in a safe loving environment so we could relax and enjoy our day. We received regular updates and pictures showing him happy which was great. Jessamy is brilliant and we’re lucky to have found her 😊
