This was the first time our dogs had been away from us since we rescued them a few months ago and we were a bit apprehensive as they are quite traumatized by their past lives. We needn't have worried as Hiedi and Chris provided first class care. Hiedi listened to (long) list of do's and dont's and acted upon them. The dogs were very calm and happy and extremely well looked after - all their needs were met. Hiedi sent up pics and updates very regularly which helped us to relax. We would thoroughly recommend and would definitely use their service again. Thank you x
Very happy to leave our Rhodesian Ridgeback, Bella with Amy. Bella has had two holidays so far with Amy and we have been more than happy with how well Bella has been looked after. Bella has some issues with socialising so not easy to find someone to look after her. But we have found Petstay and Amy so now we don’t feel so guilty going on holiday 😊
What a great find PetStay was - we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday safe in the knowledge that our dog, Huck, was receiving lots of care and attention whilst staying with Amy from PetStay. Amy sent us regular updates and photos via whatsapp. Will definitely use Petstay again and highly recommend them.
Max and Bruin enjoyed another wonderful stay with Alice and Bernard. They went on many days out and I was sent plenty of pictures of the adventures. Both were spoiled rotten and I can’t wait to book again with them for next year. Also thank you to Jane for arranging extra time for them to stay due to our altered flight times. We can't thank Jean & Pat enough for looking after Jasmine whilst we were away and to Jane for matching us. Due to a major operation in December, Jasmine was unable to go to her usual home boarding as now needs a much more laid back way of life and different style of care. When we met Jean & Pat, Jasmine settled straight away. She's a good dog but loves company and doesn't like being left on her own, this was not a problem for the most wonderful couple who accommodated her every need alongside their little dog also called Jasmine. Jean regularly sent me updates and pictures of Jasmine and she very much looks forward to her next visit later in the summer.
Very happy with all aspects of care ensuring that we enjoyed our holiday knowing that Cali was well looked after. Now just need to get that next holiday for us all booked in! Thanks Kerrie& family and Leigh.
How lovely that we were able to go on our family holiday and leave our dog charlie in the loving care of Julie lancey through pet stay. Charlie had a fabulous time with Julie revelling in her 1 to 1 care. Thank u so much to everyone at pet stay.
We boarded our 3.5 year old dog Luca for the first time for 2 weeks in June. We chose Petstay due to tge positive reviews and were very impressed with the attention to detail from Leigh in matching our dog with the most suitable boarder. We met the lovely Helena some time before our holiday and immediately felt comfortable. It seemed that Luca had a fab holiday, we had daily whatsap updates and lovely photos, Helena was great. We will have no hesitation in using this team again, would certainly recommend.
This was the first time our miniature Yorkshire Terrier stayed with her carer Julie. We had no need to worry as Lucy was fussed over with a lot of TLC and well looked after. Julie is a very capable and caring person and we would not only highly recommend her but will continue to use her in the future.

Recently used Petstay for my 2 dogs for our 2 week holiday. I would recommend Petstay. The booking with Jane and arranging the sitter was great and thorough. We then had an introductory meeting with Helen which went great. Communication with Helen was great, regular updates of the dogs with pictures and responded really quickly. Petstay have a better pricing structure than most if you have more than one dog too. I already recommended them to a work colleague who used their Derby branch for her dog.
Lily our 10 year old snoodle had a wonderful time with Judy, we were sent photos and updates whilst away which was a great relief to know she was being well looked after and seemed very content, will defo use this service again. Chris Evans
We have used Petstay a number of times for our two Labradors, Isaac and Jack and have been very happy with the service. Recently they have been staying with Jayne, which they seem to enjoy very much, and that gives us a lot of confidence and piece of mind while we are away. Jayne was very good with them and kindly kept us updated with regular pictures and messages during their stay. When we have had last minute issues Jo and Emma have always managed to come up trumps, even on one occasion looking after our two themselves. I have no hesitation recommending Petstay - we will certainly continue to use them in the future.
This was the first holiday we had booked since we had our girls and we were a little anxious about leaving them. We really didn't need to worry though. Gerri and Mike were brilliant. They sent me pictures every couple of days so that I knew what the girls were up to and could see how well they had settled. They had some lovely walks and so much fun. Using PetStay was very easy, arranging the initial meet was also so simple and I think the cost of the service is extremely reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use PetStay and hopefully Gerri and Mike again in the future.
Our border terrier cross Otto always has a wonderful holiday with PetStay. Janet and Arthur look after him extremely well, kindly adapting to Otto’s foibles! They send us regular updates and photos and it’s incredibly reassuring to know that Otto is being well cared for while we’re away. We cannot recommend PetStay and its hosts more highly.
It was a straightforward procedure that presented the available dog sitters' profiles. The costs are manageable. Their website contains a wealth of information; I'm satisfied with how things turned out. When I'd need their help, I won't hesitate reaching out to them again.
Our westie Bella had a wonderful time with Amy through PetStay while we were away. Amy was great with her and we had no concerns whatsoever.
Very happy to use Petstay to look after our pet dog while we are away. They offer a good and effective homely service which is much preferable to putting our pet dog in kennels. My dog always comes back happy and healthy, our dog carer is excellent and we would not like to go anywhere else for this service.
Absolutely excellent experience. Anne took such great care of my dog Lula who had a brilliant time pottering about the garden for a few days! I would definitely use PetStay again without hesitation.
Our three dogs love going to stay with Mike and Gerri! It is a home from home for them and they enjoy the familiar walks and playing in their large garden. Indoors they are able to chill out and relax or indeed keep a watch out of the window for any "intruders" (like leaves blowing in the wind). I couldn't imagine leaving the dogs in kennels when there is a so much better alternative with PetStay
