Excellent experience… I was let down at very short notice and I was very stressed because my dog is like my child so I was not going to let just anyone look after him … petstay came to the rescue and my dog had a beautiful carer looking after him, would definitely recommend….
My dog had a lovely time at Lesley and Stephanie's while we were away. Stephanie sent us daily updates, including photos which really put our minds at rest. Constant playtimes, walks and cuddles. She was treated like part of the family, and enjoyed her holiday just as much as we did ours! Couldn't have found a better place for her to stay.
Sylvia is a very kind person and seemed to enjoy Casey’s company. In hindsight I think Casey had grown into a bigger, livelier and more demanding puppy than any of us could have predicted (after the initial booking) and if we had known this we might have chosen differently.
I’ve been using Petstay for a few years they’re always very helpful. The website is easy to use.Any emails I send are very promptly replied to Archie is very happy staying with any carer he’s had with Petstay…. Totally recommend this company for your pet!
This was my first time using a puppy sitter for my 7-month old mini labradoodle, Nala. I can't recommend Jane with Petstay Glasgow highly enough! The sitters, Alice and Bernard welcomed Nala like she was their own new pet and I was kept updated every day throughout her stay. It was really easy to book, Jane made everything simple and clear and it is amazing value for money - cheaper than any quote I got from kennels nearby. I didn't want to use a kennel at all! So PetStay was honestly perfect!
Dee and Fred were lovely; they obviously love dogs and I felt happy leaving Ben in their care. We had an intro visit beforehand and both Ben and I were made to feel welcome. Dee and Fred were happy to stick to his routines and do whatever was needed to help Ben settle. Ben quickly made himself at home during his actual stay and I was provided with the occasional update and photo to reassure me that he was ok. I have no hesitation in taking Ben back to this lovely home and I am about to book my next break, knowing my boy is safe and well cared for.
Couldn’t have been happier with Chris for finding a carer for Chester and Alice and Peter who looked after him.
We booked a 6 night break at Easter and this was the first time we had left our Maltipoo with anyone. We contacted Jayne at PetStay and she was very helpful and put our minds at rest. She put us in touch with Eddie and Anna, who we went around to visit with Teddy the weekend before our stay. They are a lovely couple and we could see that Teddy would have a ball while staying with them. We had written down Teddy’s routine and you give them his food for the stay. They were very accommodating and assured us sticking to this was no problem, so Teddy had his routine. Over the stay Eddie and Anna also kept in touch with us via WhatsApp, sending messages and photos of what they had been up to, which was lovely. From this experience would recommend PetStay and how they are set up, but also to Eddie and Anna for looking after Teddy so we’ll.
It was so lovely to know our dog was being so well looked after with a caring family when we were away. He had lots of long walks
Just great to be able to give our Oscar a home from home experience when we can't take him with us. The whole process is so straight forward and the Petstay sitters so friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely use this service again
Bobo as usual had a great time with Carolyn. She regularly sent us pictures of him sleeping, which he does a lot. He looked very relaxed.
The one-on-one care and attention that my dog gets and enjoys with the PetStay carers gives me the peace of mind to fully enjoy my vacations away guilt-free because I know she's enjoying her vacation too! I've used PetStay multiple times and with each stay I have received consistent updates and pictures showing all the fun that she's having and how comfortable she is. The onboarding process is so thorough and helpful. I appreciate the meet & greets to see if it's a good fit before committing (it's been a good fit every time!) and the questionnaires so I know that her needs and routine are clearly documented for her stay. The peace of mind knowing that my dog is relaxed, comfortable, and cared for makes me so happy to have found PetStay.
We have used Petstay a number of times now with 2 different carers - Hilda and Jessemay. They are both lovely ladies who have really given our 2 dogs a wonderful home from home experience. Petstay offers a great service, are reliable and will try to accommodate your every need.
Archie was very excited to stay with his host family. They walked him straight away, making the parting a smooth experience. When we collected him, he was relaxed and happy. They also gave him a lovely ball to take home.
The whole process with petstay felt both thorough and efficient. From the start we felt reassured that Stella would be well looked after. Dee and Fred were very warm and welcoming and we felt very content in the knowledge that Stella was staying in a loving home whilst we were away. Thank you Petstay and Dee + Fred. We had a family wedding with everyone coming so no one to look after the dog. Through Petstay we met Carolyn and Martin who did a brilliant job of looking after Jess who came back from them looking as though she'd been on holiday. We are a little besotted with Jess so it was good to receive messages each day confirming she was alright. We will definitely be using Petstay again.
Our labrador Hal had a wonderful time staying with Eleta, as evidenced by the heartwarming photos sent to us while we were away.

My 2 dogs had their 2nd stay with Petstay Glasgow over the Easter break. We were matched with a lovely home boarder (Sheena & family) as the boarder circumstances had changed that we had used the first time. Sheena provided daily updates and our dogs looked so happy and relaxed. When we went to collect the dogs they looked great and were so happy. They have settled back in at home no problem, and I’m sure they are looking forward to another stay in October. Thanks so much to Sheena & Petstay Glasgow .
