Vinny went into Alice & Bernard’s without a second glance. He loved his time there and we loved getting picture messages showing us what he’d been up to! Would highly recommend! 🐶
I would thoroughly recommend Petstay. From contacting Leigh right through to the expert care my little cavapoo received from her carer. We were able to meet our lovely carer in her home before our holiday too, which made all the difference. We have already rebooked for our next trip away. Isobel, Alex and Ruby were fantastic with Neo and felt fully comfortable throughout. Neo was well looked after and loved every minute of it. Isobel kept me up to date which was also really important as I am not used to leaving my boy.
Wendy was fantastic! She and Arthur got on really well together and she kept us very well informed throughout his stay.
Hi would just like to say a massive thanks to kerrie, mark & family for having Connie & Bella whilst we were away on holiday. This is about their 5th time with kerrie now and we couldn’t be happier. They settle really quickly and hog their beds( little buggers) but we feel so happy they stay with such a lovely family who look after them so well. We feel so much better going away leaving them with their second family. Thanks again kerrie, mark and family.
We used petstay for our boy Cash over our wedding. Cash is used to staying away from home but it is usually with friends or family. Jane was fantastic in taking time to find someone to fit Cash and ease my nerves at leaving him. His carer was marvellous. She kept up to date with us (as requested) and treated Cash the way we would. When we went to collect him, he had a new best friend! He was very happy following his carer around. I have recommended petstay to a few friends and will continue to do so. We had complete trust and peace of mind that Cash was in the best care.
Have booked two stays for our greyhound Leo with PetStay with Dot and Jane and the service and care was great from start to finish. Clear info on how everything works with PetStay from Jane, and amazing care from Dot during both stays. Highly recommend them.
Petstay have looked after my dog recently. I was impressed with the detail taken about his needs and the care provided. He returned happy and unstressed. Would use again.
Floyd's stay with Ellen I have a very happy dog now going his holiday to Ellen with Petstay. Ellen is amazing with Floyd he is so at home with her. I couldn't believe how well he settled with Ellen she is just so caring. I have used Petstay a few times for my holidays and would 100% recommend . we now have made a new friend with Ellen and Floyd loves his holidays.
We couldn't of asked for a BETTER service than we received from Petstay. From our first meeting with Ralph and Valerie we knew that our dog Mica would be very well looked after and cared for. We wouldn't hesitate in booking with Petstay again. We went away knowing that our pet was in safe hands. Mica took to her carers straight away and enjoyed spending time with them and their cats.
Couldn’t of asked for anything better from Petstay! Especially thank you to Sophia for sorting out our stay for Rambo from start to finish she made the whole process so easy and simple which put us at ease straight away as this was the first time our boy was staying away from us. Julie who looked after Rambo for us, firstly thank you for opening your home to him, as soon as we met you we could just tell Rambo was going to enjoy his stay with you and your own fur babies. She constantly kept us updated with amazing photos, which really was something we were grateful for like I said with it being his first stay. We were really thrilled with the whole Petstay experience and Rambo is already looking forward to his next one. Having somewhere for him to go that he enjoys is something we couldn’t be more pleased with, so again thank you so much Julie. We can’t wait to see you again 😁
Ollie has found a home from home enjoying his stay with Betty+Gordon,this makes our holiday easy knowing Betty treats him like her own and knows his routine 10/10 thank you Jane for matching Ollie with good dog sitters
Our puppy Ziggy had a great week with Emma. Emma communicated with us regularly keeping us updated with photos and videos. Ziggy was relaxed and very happy with Emma and in her home. Ziggy even got better at some of her tricks so we could tell that she had been well looked after. We would recommend Emma and Petstay to anyone wanting somewhere lovely to leave their pet! (We even have our friends) thank you Emma!
This was our second time using PetStay. Our dog Elton settled in nicely with Jean and Pat, they shared an update over the weekend and reassured us he was doing well. Thanks so much for making the process so easy!
Emma was a delight and I would recommend her to look after your dog as you would want it. Milo was relaxed and happy throughout his stay ( photos sent,) when we picked him up....and afterwards. Emma took Milo out on trips to the beach and countryside and obviously played with his toys and did his games. Above all she was concerned for the dog's welfare and happiness and she communicated well with us throughout our arrangement ( before, during and afterwards). I couldn't ask for more.
My two four legged friends had a home from home experience with one of Petstay’s carers. I had to fill in an in-depth questionnaire about the day to day needs of them both and they were met with care and consideration. Would not think twice about using them again and would highly recommend. My two were extremely well cared for and will enjoy the next stay with Adrian.
So happy to have found Petstay Norfolk. Our two English Springers had a wonderful time with their holiday family…lots of walks and cuddles. When our flight home was delayed by 3 days Janet and Arthur were happy to keep our dogs until we could arrange an alternative flight, such a relief to know we didn’t have to worry about them and could focus on other matters. We have already booked another two dates and know our furbabies will be well looked after and loved. Thank you Sophia and Janet and Arthur.
We had a couple of nights away as a family but were unable to take our two Airedales, as they are getting on a bit in years. We found petstay online and a lovely carer called Eleta looked after them for us. It was a very professional service with great communication and the dogs really enjoyed their time with Eleta who was both caring and conscientious. Thank you all.
Petstay has been amazing for us! We couldn’t face the idea of leaving our pug Paul in kennel & were really nervous of how he would respond to staying away from us. We came across petstay & immediately we were put at ease by Sofia, who explains everything fully & ensures all of the contracts are in place, this gave us a sense of confidence that Paul would be looked after by registered carers. The carer is matched to the pet & in our case we were matched with Dee & Fred, a wonderful couple who we were able to meet ahead of Paul’s stay with them. Paul had a brilliant stay with them, we will certainly be using petstay again.
Lola stays with sylvia in hopton, all I can say is she has a wonderful time when she goes, I'm happy that she's being well looked after and that is peace of mind for me when I am away..I am more than happy for you to use the picture of lola
