Our two year old goldendoodle stayed with Chris and Ann in August for 6 days I knew as soon as I met them Dora would be well cared for! Chris and Ann were very welcoming and friendly and looked after Dora wonderfully. I couldn't fault petstay and Sophia and the wonderful carers that have looked after Dora over the last 18 months
This was the first time we have left our dogs with someone else in the 8yrs of owning them. We did a couple of days of get to know you and an overnight trail Emma was very reassuring and kept us updated with photos When we collected the hooligans after12 days they were happy and healthy We will certainly use Emma again (in fact have booked again for June 2023) We would certainly recommend Petstay
Our pup raced in to see Anna and Eddie when we took her back for her 2nd stay. Result. Fantastic experience all round.
This is our first time using Petstay. It was such a positive experience for both ourselves and our Golden Retriever, Jasper. Lorraine and her family welcomed him into their home and treated him like a member of their family. They sent daily photo and text updates which helped reassure us that Jasper was having a happy time with them and was being treated very well indeed. In fact they went above and beyond when they found out it was Jaspers birthday they made a point of celebrating with him. Very kind and thoughtful of them.
Very happy with this service. Jane was professional and efficient . She tried to meet the needs of my cockapoo Lily who I asked to be placed with no other dogs.. Avril, the boarder, was reassuring and sensible. I was apprehensive about leaving Lily but felt comfortable with Avril . I received daily photos and communication throughout the week which helped me relax and enjoy my holiday. Lily seemed comfortable and happy with Avril. I have no hesitation in booking again. Great service.
Hendrick loves to stay with Carolyn when we take our family summer holidays. It really is a home from home for him. He gets excited as soon as we turn off the main road and he realises where we are. We don't have any worries when we leave Hendrick with Carolyn and she provides lots of photo updates abotu what he has been up to each day.
We've never left our wee dog Gizmo with anyone before so we were very nervous about going on our first trip away and leaving her in the care of someone else. We had a fantastic experience with PetStay, Liz who looked after Gizmo was absolutely wonderful! We had daily pupdates with photos that really put our minds at ease. Gizmo was really happy and loved her stay, we've already booked for Liz to look after her the next time we go away.
This was the first time we had used Petstay and I was very happy with the service. We went on holiday feeling comfortable that our elderly dog was in good hands. Hazel Robin and Andrew looked after our dog Sparky very well and he looked very contented in the pictures they sent us. He really enjoyed playing in the garden and although he can’t go very long walks he enjoyed what he did do. I really liked the fact that we had a meet and greet beforehand as it allowed me to feel confident Sparky would settle well

WOW! What can I say, we had the most amazing experience with Petstay. From start to finish the process was slick and professional. I felt totally confident that Jane understood our needs and matched us with the most perfect carer for our boy Rocky. What can I say about Sheena...she was just wonderful. Rocky had the best holiday with her, fantastic long walks which he loved and lots of love and cuddles. Sheena sent us daily pictures, videos and updates. He had a ball!! We worried he might not want to come back to us:) I will definitely use Petstay and Sheena again as she is just amazing! Thank you for making our holiday so stress free and for loving our boy as much as we do.
I was let down badly by a previous dog walker/border who managed to lose my darling Luna for 33 hours. I needs to find someone who would look after her in their own home and I was delighted to come across Petstay. Jane took the time to listen to my concerns and explained how her service matched dogs to people who would treat my pampered pooch like their own. I was matched with Lorraine, who lives not far from me, Jane arranged for me to meet Lorraine and her lovely family and I was immediately put at ease Luna would be very well looked after during my holiday. I arranged a trial overnight just to ensure Luna was not stressed and when I picked her up she obviously enjoyed all the attention she had received from Lorraine and her lovely family. We were able to enjoy our holiday and Lorraine set us regular updates on Luna which was another big plus for us. I could not recommend Pet Stay any more, their service is fabulous. Thank You

I needed a boarder for my shar pei, Willow. I contacted Jane who then matched me with Pamela and her family. I couldn’t of asked for a better boarder for her. I am prone to worrying about my dog when I leave her with strangers but Pamela put me at ease with regular photos and videos of their day and it looked like Willow was having just the best time. Judging from the photos of her sprawled out having a snooze on the sofa I could tell she was totally comfortable and happy there, Willow is well behaved but the breed definitely isn’t for the novice handler, however Pamela and her family knew exactly how to handle her and when I went to pick her up she was shattered from the days activities and Pamela and her partner could not have praised my dog more. It’s hard to find a boarder whom you feel you can trust so I will definitely be asking for her to stay again (if they’ll have her) I would absolutely recommend Pet Stay. What a fantastic company I can’t speak highly enough of them just great in every way. Excellent communication throughout. Our little lad stayed with Mavis, what can I say but what a lovely great lady. Mavis was so calming and loving with our dog Eric he instantly connected to Mavis which was fantastic to see. I can’t thank Mavis enough for taking such good care our Eric. Thank you PetStay and a special thank you to Mavis. We will definitely be in touch xx
This is the first time we have left our dogs with anyone so we didn’t know what to expect. However, Ian and Denise (grandma and grandad to Hope and Coco) left us worry free to enjoy our holiday. We had regular pictures and pupdates and to be honest, Hope seemed a little sad to leave and return home. They really are lovely people and we will definitely use them again ❤️ Thanks guys from grand pups Hope and coco (and mum as we have no thumbs)
This was only the second time we’ve left our dog, Bailey so needless to say as a family we were worried about getting it wrong as he wasn’t happy after the first time. However, within minutes of the initial meet with Wendy, we knew he’d be fine. Wendy seemed ideal for him and the fact he had one to one during his stay would be fab. We hadn’t even left our home for the airport and updates were coming 👍🏻. By the time we boarded our plane, we had 3 photos which settled our nerves as he looked really happy. Upon collection he was the Bailey we knew and loved before we went on holiday and could see he had been spoilt rotten by Wendy, a genuine dog lover. I rate this service so much as the price was fine, that I’ve already enquired about our next break 🤞🏻🤞🏻 Thanks Leigh and Wendy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We were very nervous leaving our girl, Stella, for the first time and wanted an alternative to kennels. Jane was very helpful and reassuring, matching us up with a lovely lady. We received daily updates and pictures to put our minds at ease and Stella seems to have had a fun time and made new friends! Happy to recommend.
This is the fourth time we have used PetStay. Easy to arrange. Lovely couple who Pebbles settled in with straight away. Think the dog enjoyed her holiday as much as we did. Would definitely recommend PetStay as a better option to Kennels. Reasonably Priced as well.
Jane at PetStay was wonderful. A very professional service, responded very quickly and matched us up with a great couple. Jane was very accommodating given our last minute request and arranged a meet and greet. The couple looking after our dog were lovely and he fitted right in. Pet stay Glasgow was the best find ever. Jane arranged the most fantastic boarder for me - Pamela. Pamela was amazing, she cared for my little chihuahua for just under 3 weeks and sent me regular updates. My whole family really enjoyed our holiday knowing my little dog was in the very best hands. Some dogs are just not meant for kennels and need that loving home from home. Pamela provided that home from home experience and more for my chi, the pictures and videos Pamela sent made me feel so comfortable and I could tell my pooch was being very spoilt and having an amazing time. I can’t thank Pamela and Jane enough.
